Obviously Miroku has done this a few times, but I wonder where he learned all this and why he wants to help? Well anyway I hope that Sesshoumaru and Kagome will start to seew what everybody else can see. An enjoyed chapter that will hopefully lead to many more. til next time...

and i love when kagome admited to hojo that she has feeling for sess even if they are one sided, then comes sess to save her. how romantic!!

LMAO! Way to go Miroku! I was worried after reading the cliffie from the last chapter, but this chapter was just beautiful! The mental image I have of Miroku flirting with the hag from the Department while Sesshoumaru is sitting off to the side horrified and trying not to watch had me laughing so hard! Great chapter!

This is a really, REALLY good story, so well-written and full of meaning.  Probably the best one you have ever written!  But it makes me so sad.  Not like the "bad Sess" stories, but the idea that a person being denied a productive job, and the idea of personal liberty being violated, really, really depresses me!  But that's what is good about it, it is relevant, so don't take my hyper-sensitivity as a negative comment.  Keep up the great work!

I just knew things weren't going to quite so smoothly. He had one MAJOR spike within the band when he killed Hojou. I honestly thought they would show up sooner than this. I'm surprised, and they just had to come to his job, of all places. They demand him to find and keep a respectable job and then show up. How is this going to look to his employer? Poor Sesshoumaru.  JEN
