I love Miroku's character, he's so easily written :). Hachi's exasperation with him was well written.

I like how you've made Kikyo older in this.  And the dream/vision Kagome has is interesting.  What vengeance is spoken of?

So many questions, I hope they can be answered as the story continues.

Well Kagome gave into the idea of becoming a mermaid quite easily. I wonder what everybody will think of that or if they will let  her go once they get her back. I can't wait to see what happens next and her talk with Inuyasha :)

oh my gosh!!!! At first when I dread the description I was skeptical and now, now I am completely addicted! I totally thought that the western prince was sesshomaru and that he was going to have to fight with the mermen for kagome. And now this!!!! Holy crow! I'm so excited for the next chapter! Well they got down and dirty, while the down and dirty got them something. Poor Inuyasha, can't get a break. I wonder if Kagome will get to meet him and become friends with him.
