A/N Hay this is my new story I'm rewriting the first chapter because by accidentally I fucked it up an replaced it with two so for people who are just reading it. Well I'm going to write another summary on this page that is longer and will explain more. Oh ya and those who probably are wandering what a sweeper is. A sweeper i someone who fights for money. There is gathering place for sweepers in different towns. At those gathering places there are offers to capture someone. They do not kill and ,yes, this job is legal. They only capture people who have committed crimes such a murder or rape. Once the person is caught you give them the person and are then paid.

Well that's the new summary hope ya like it.

CHAPTER 1 : OFFER

She is Kagome Higurashi. She loves to gamble, drink, and eat ramen. She even owns a bar. She has dark blush hair that goes all the way down to her mid thigh. Her hair also had silver going through the front of her hair and almost completely covered her bangs only a little bit of dark blue in the middle of her bangs which covered most of sides on her face. She had markings on the sides of her face on her cheek bones. They were a lighter blue than her hair, but still dark with tints of silver outlining it. Kagome also had markings on her wrists, ankles, and thighs. They were the same color as the ones one her cheek bones. Also at the end of her left connecting to the mark on her left arm a design travels up all the way to her shoulder. She also has a crest shaped moon on her forehead which is the same color as her other marking and the moon was outlined in silver just like all her other markings. Her skin was a pale white. All of her marks were covered by spells because they indicated she was a Higurashi. Also she has a tail that raps around her waist and it's dark bluish with bits of silver. Right now she was about to enter the sweepers headquarters.

Sweeper headquarters isn't to great in this town, but that doesn't really matter. Cause what was catching her interest was that all the sweepers in the room were gawking at one offer.

She then heard one man say,"Damn would ya look at that." Another man said,"Yeah, but look at who the offer was made by, Lord of the West. "So what" Said the man back still gawking at the money offer. Before the other man could say anything else Kagome butted in and said,"So what, you shouldn't be saying that if it's an offer by Lord of the West that means that the man must be hard to catch and dangerous for this amount money. The just muttered an,"I guess so."

She then started pushing through all of the sweepers saying,"And I don't give a damn about the danger." Kagome ripped the paper of the board it was on.

Just after she did that her old friend Miroku and professional pervert came in with the demon Kirara in his hands. He began to say,"Ah my dear Kagome are you sure you should take that offer it is very dangerous." [Miroku is a fox demon. He looks the same as he does as a human just with claws and a bluish purplish tail and bluish purplish little ears on top of his head. Sooo cute. Oh and he also still can ]

"Hn really are you sure your not just trying to get your little hentai hands on it for yourself eh Miroku." Kagome said beginning to laugh her ass off. Than he gave her one of those puppy dog looks we all know.

Kagome just looked at him and began laughing even harder while she left out the door. Calling out to Kagome one more time he said,"Ya know your cruel Kagome so cruel!" He then noticed a strange sound coming from his arms.

When he looked down he saw Kirara . She was laughing her cat ass off just as much as Kagome was. Miroku muttered,"Ah shut the hell up ya damn cat that's not funny!" Kirara just kept laughing always loving it when Kagome made fun of Miroku. Kirara knew Kagome all her life. When the castle was destroyed and all. Kagome has always been Kirara's true friend.

Kagome was coming around the corner to her bar. She lived there.

'I'm definitely not opening the bar today I don't feel like dealing with those drunks right now...I-I've b-been thinking about my past all day.' Kagome thought while she entered the bar.

She then began going behind the bar counter saying aloud,"I guess I'll have a little to drink." With that Kagome grabbed a bottle of sake and began to drink.

Kagome sat on the ground trying to get up to go to. A the very least seven-teen empty bottles of sake surrounded her. "Wooooooo dammit!" Kagome said slurring.

When she finally gt up she by accidentally slipped. When she fell her right hand fell on one of the empty sake bottles. The glass broke in to pieces and one of them went in to Kagome's right hand.

"Kyaaa!' Kagome screamed. "Dammit that hurt like hell."

Slightly regaining her composure she went over to her futon and passed out instantly.

Waking up with a total headache and obviously a hangover. Groaning aloud," Oh shit I think I went a little over board."

She started to prop herself up with her hands when she felt pain in her right hand. "Huh, what the hell?" She said a she looked at her deeply cut hand.

She got up and started for the basin of water. Once she cleaned the wound she began to bandage it. When she was all finished with it she began to pack a few things for her 'little trip'.

Once she was ready she left her bar and went to the edge of town. Right when she was about to set off Miroku showed up.

"Hello Miroku what is it?" Kagome asked stoic. "Kagome please be careful I just have a bad feeling about this one" Miroku said. "Don't worry yourself about it Miroku", Kagome replied once again stoic. Kirara than came up to her and started brushing up against her leg. Kagome bent down and picked Kirara up and said,"Sorry gotta go Kirara I'll try and bring ya some fish back, okay?" Kirara gave a soft mew and jumped down from Kagome's arms and went over to Miroku and jumped in to his arms.

With that Kagome left saying to Miroku,"Siya later Miroku you and Sango have fun while I'm gone." With that Kagome left laughing.
