Kagome stared up that beautiful blue sky. Sleepily she wondered where Sango had gone off to so early. Miroku had gone with shippo for a walk and Inuyasha was probably looking for Kikyou. Their camp was set in a clearing with a calm lake not that far away. So the sleepy kagome decided to walk toward the lake and relax there for a bit. As she approached the lake she was over come by a great feeling of peace and happiness. She glance up at the sky again and smiled a beautiful smile. Then layed in the grass clsoe to the water but not so close that if she were to role over she'd fall in. Feeling quite peacefull she closed her eyes drifting into a deep slumber. And not to far away was Sesshomaru watching her sleep he could feel how peace full she felt. he slowly approached her though he was quiet he knew he wouldnt wake her. He sat down near her sleeping form looking at her face wondering what she was dreaming. He wanted to touch her, to hold her in his arms, to claim her as his but he knew his hanyou half brother would never let him come so close to her with out a fight. But Sesshomaru new he was off chasing the dead and wouldnt notice that he had come within scent range. Witch however didnt matter because he had blocked he sent so hes brother would not notice him following. He had sat there with the sleeping miko for nearly an hour and she was just starnting to wake up. Feeling a strong demonic presence and reconizing the aura she could tell instantly who it was. She looked up into the face of sesshomaru. He turned his head that was previously staring off into the distance. "hello miko"

Not really being happy to see him She only said "what are you doing here!?" " Its none of your concern miko, I do as I please." "Well i think it is my concern when your watching me sleep." She said angerly. "oh do you" he said with a smal grin sliding across he face. {oh god hes smiling she thought, Hes gonna kill me I pissed him off im going to die right here.} "I will not harm you" he said seing the expression of a small bit of fear. "like im supposed to believe that, you've only tried to kill me half a dozen times" "Your always in the way when it come to battle between the hanyou and I" "so that gives u the right to try and kill me?!" she said even more angered letting it be heard in her voice this time. "well maybe you should stay out of our battle." he said. "IM NOT GOING LET U KILL INUYASHA!!!" She yelled " I dont see why, hes broken your heart more times than ive tried to kill you." Kagome felt a sad pain in her heart knowing he spoke the truth. Holding back a tear she simply replied in a hushed sad voice "I know." Sesshomaru looked at her and could read her emotions as clear as book, Saddness. He wanted to comfort her. But he didnt though he wanted to so so bad. He looked at her and said "its not your fault miko, if the hanyou cant see hes hurting you he must be duller then we thought" Kagome chuckled at this and Sesshomaru new he had made her feel slighty better. Untill a certain hanyou voice was heard ringing threw the air. "KAGOME!!! sencing he was getting closer she turned to Sesshomaru and said " quickly you must go" and he just simply nodding and was gone in less than a second. "Hey kagome where u been?" asked Inuyasha who could almost smell a faint scent of Sesshomaru but wasnt quite sure. "oh no just here" she replyed "without your bow and arrows? are u crazy you could have been hurt, And i thought i could almost smell a faint smell of Sesshomaru." { oh did u} she said to her self.
