Ok, so I'm saying this beforehand. This is NOT A FLAME.

Interesting idea, but you seem to have a problem spelling japanese words. Its tai youkai NOT tai youkia, and otou-san not outo-san. Also, when Kagome is looking at the picture, she says who is that man and woman, it should be 'who ARE' because she's speaking about more than one person. If she said who is that couple, thats all right, but if you're talking about more than one noun, you have to use ARE not IS.

Oh, and while you've got Jaken and Shippou sort of in character, everyone else, ESPECIALLY Sesshomaru, are extremely out of character. Sesshomaru is a complete and total ass in most cases in the series, you cant just have him be completely nice a few years later just because. You would have to add in a background and I dont see one. You can have him find her and help her being a complete ass just as easily as you can having him be nice, and it would make more sense for him to be a jerk and then gradually become nicer as he's around her. Kagome, while bubbly most of the time, can also be very introspective at certain moments, and shouldnt immediately be calling Sess 'fluffy after a few hours of him helping her. Shippou may call her okaa-san, but he would NEVER call Sess otou-san unless given specific permission first. He's young and not powerful enough to defend himself from Sess, thus fearful of him, thus very respectful. Rin doesnt call him Otou-san as far as I know either, he is Sesshomaru-sama to her. Also, how on earth did Sess manage to send a messenger to the castle to send another messenger to pick up Shippou overnight? Telepathy?? Make her wait for him, or something. Sango and Miroku wouldnt just hand Shippou over, and Inuyasha would probably try finding him in order to find Kagome. Work through this story more. All of this was just up through chapter 3.

Remember, this is constructive criticism, NOT a flame. You've got a good idea, and potential as a writer, but you need to just work on it.

Not the best story in the world but deffinately not the worst...! It follows a less know path of a classic plot... Inu is stupid, kagome runs and Fluffy saves the day. It seemed a bit to rushed in the first chapter... Maybe if you spread the chapter over a few different chapters and go into more depth...? I think it is one of the better ideas though!
