I can't seem to upload a profile picture! Every time I select a file to upload it says there was a problem in moving my file?

Help please!

When I go to upload a photo and choose a file it says that there is a problem moving the file?

I have a macbook and all my photos are saved as JPEGs and are under the highest amount of KBs I believe.

Okay, I just tried uploading one to get the error. Looks like a permission error. I'll try to trace it later on today.
