I can't remember the story's name.
It starts off with Kouga finding Kagome in a strip club, and then he goes and see's sesshomaru.
Sesshomaru finds Kagome and her son in a run down apartment buiding and then they go and see his parents.
thats all I can remember...so any idea would be helpful.

I think I remember reading that story on ff.net, but for the life of me I can't think of the title. All that comes to mind is a similar story from Taiyoukai_Nile on IY-FF.com called Aitoshii. Almost the same, but Sessh goes w/Kouga to a strip bar to meet American business partners and finds Kagome working there. She lives in a shitty apartment and all, but in this story she does not have a son. I'll add the link if you want to check it out just in case . . .

At first I thought this was "Stripped" by mrskcgoodman on A Single Spark. It doesn't exactly match, but it's good. You might want to read it. Sorry I don't know how to make a link.
