I have a tattoo of a Lily flower in plain black ink.

Are you sure about getting that tattoo?
It was kinda painful O_O

My 18th birthday is coming up on the 14th and I plan to get a tattoo of butterfly or maybe a Celtic Symbol, I would like ask if you will assist me in picking out designs. I'm unsure of what I'm looking for exactly and I would like to see some of the varieties out there. Please and thank you. I trust you guys totally and I know you will have some great ideas!! Thanks again!!

Yeah. It would be a gift from my sister and I'm willing to endure pain so that I can say my sister gave me something special. I was hoping something symbolic for sisterhood, but I'm at a total loss!! and I didn't want a tattoo originally, I wanted a belly button ring, but my sister said she wanted something that couldn't be go away with time. I feel like I'm being cattle branded *moo*!!

I've always loved the design of the Celtic cross.

Really that is so cool i am like one year younger than you exactly.

anyway, celtic designs in my opinon are the best, but if you can't decide why not do both like have a celtic symbol with a butterfly on it or surounding it.

You could always get a butterfly tattoo that is drawn in a Celtic style, such as having the wings be formed from Celtic knots.

If you're looking for something with a sisterhood connection to it, take a look at the link below.
