I'm a total dunce when it comes to computers and I have hit yet another problem. I have a chapter I've been trying to upload for the longest time, but I can't seem to do it. I know the problem is with my computer because I can't open it. When I try Microsoft tells me "Word experienced a problem trying to open the file". I've tried all of the suggestions listed and tried opening the file in another program but the same message pops up.

Does anyone know how to fix this? I'd be forever grateful!!!

Try sending it to another friend to see if they have the same problem? Or maybe when you saved it the name you put messed up microsoft or file format?
