I just want to see how many people would weigh in on what they prefer to use in their fanfics that I've seen in all my years of reading.

Do you prefer...

Inu no Taisho or Touga?

Sesshoumaru Taisho or Sesshoumaru Takeshi?
(I've been seeing some people start to use Takeshi as their last name in their fanfics, but I've seen Taisho way more for the most part.)

AU or Canon verse?

The term Demon or Youkai?

Ningen or Human?

Do you keep Touga dead or alive?

Daiyoukai or Taiyoukai?

Do you say "Oh Gods!" or "Oh Kami(-sama)"

Does Kagome hate InuYasha or is she still friends with him?

I've used Taisho, but also used Takehashi as well (the mangaka's last name). Depends on my mood usually.

I usually try to keep them friendly, but in some fic I cut ties between them.

Y'know, I totally forgot people use Takeshi for that reason that it's Rumiko's last name.

I also much prefer InuYasha alive and good friends with Kagome, unless he's needed to be an ass for plot purposes. I like his vibe in many stories where he's on the protagonists side .
