Eek!  Sess has a STD!  He's being such a s***, I love it!  I know from the flashbacks that he starts out as a manipulative control freak, but I wonder what it was that made him throw Kagome out with no place to go?  I can't wait to find out, you're the best at pushing the characters to total emotional overload!!!

How can Sesshomaru get an STD if he's a demon? Demons are immune to most ailments that humans suffer...and he's such an ass >.< But great story nonetheless...I'd like to see Kagome becoming strong and showing Sesshy what he lost

OMG, OMG, OMG!!!!!! Another great chapter! Things are coming down on Kagome's head so quickly, good thing the poor girl had some suspicions ahead of time. Still, kicking her out with no money and no where to go is really cold! The storage locker detail was excellent thinking (on your part as an author, not that evil Sess'!) I love this story so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You know, even though he is "trying" to be in control and inconspicuous, his whole demeanor screams "Be afraid, very afraid". He needs to loosen up more if he really wants to lull her into a sense of safety. JEN

Ahh, the suspense is killing me. That chapter was a tease! Excellent, excellent writing. Tight, logical, it flowed well, yet very evocative and full of forboding...

I am blown away by this first chapter! It is amazing! I love the use of flashbacks. Sometimes they can be confusing and distracting, but you have handled them so skillfully, the story still flows smoothly. The way you have used them to juxtapose her optimism when she first met Sesshomaru with the foreboding thoughts she was having in the doctors office, which leaves us wondering exactly WHY she is there, and her paranoia about the women in the waiting room, is very intense yet still rings very true and not at all melodramatic. I still have chills as I type this review. It is an added bonus that you are so awesome about updating- I know that I will get my next fix soon!!! This is going to be my favorite fic ever, as well as your best story ever. I love the way this is going, please keep up the amazing work!
