the first of the maybes

kagome walked towards the old well passing through inuyashas forest. She released a sigh that was long held in. " he was with her AGAIN! wouldnt you think after all those years of clamming that i was his he would stick with me and not run off to go see what ayama wantted! Its just not fair." kagome wisperd to her self. sango has miriku, inuyasha has kikyo and the one person i could have is just going to pick some else just like inuyasha did. Maybe the only reason that koga really wannted me was because i was with inuyasha. will anyone ever need or want me now?"

she looked up at the old well tears started falling down her cheeks. she pounded her fist on the wood while screaming out " why wont you let me go home damn it!" she broke down and fell to her knees tears still streaking her face. she had cried like this often each time she could feel her heart give a little. soon she would be nothing left but a shell." i cant do this any more i wont!" Getting back to her feet she looked arround there was nothing but trees and grass. " theres nothing left for me." the wind picked up the cool air calmed her skin as her hair danced in its glory. " maybe i should just travel the land helping the willages with rogue demons and wth there sick. maybe since sango is pregnate she will let me take kiyaya. maybe that will make me forget. maybe then i will feel needed once more. just maybe." kagome stood there thinking on her words sure sango will have no problem letting me borrow kiyaya it would be her way of protecting me. It was in her mind now leave everything behind and just go. She left her long forgotten way home and headded to the her village.

In the treese off to the edge of the old wells vally stood a quite lord watching the miko as he did since the final battle with naraku.

kikyo was hit with narakus full force, inuyasha ran to her leaving kagome behind. sango and miroku were out. naraku laughed as he watched inuyasha cry out of his loss. sesshoumaru moved in for his attack braking through narakus barrier and slicing the dark hanyo in half but his body reformed kagome couldnt move she watched the whole thing play out. sesshoumaru growled out in frustration as the wind witch kagra moved in on him inuyasha was crouched over kikyos now soul less body while narkus tentical went through his chest. kagome gasped as a light surrounded her in warmth a wonderfull pink blocked her eyes from the battle field. all her fear melted away as she finaly felt at peace with her self. once she was relaxed she felt a surge of power run through her so strong she went to her kness. breating heavy trying to fight agins the strong assult ....she went blank. Everyone stopped as they watched kagomes stolen part of her soul return to her. the pink lite sourrounded her they felt her power in full force her soul was rejoycing at the return of its lost half all eyes that could open were watching her as the light absorded into her body. kagomes eyes snapped open as the once blue eyes stared at the dark haynos with a chilling blank nothing. her powers were in controll now. she took a few steps towards naraku as barriers went up arround everyone including the shocked lord. the the light was back but this time the warmth was gone all you could feel was the rage of loss, the hurt and madness all her anger towards naraku. the onlything that sesshoumarus sences could pick up where the screams of narkau and the blinding pink lite.....it was over the lite faded the barriers dropped all that was left of naraku and his minons was the jewl in its full glory the now blue eyed miko held it tears running down her face as she glanced at her fallen friends koga lay dead kikyo inuyahsa kiyaya and kohaku all dead sango and miroku were trying to hold on to there lives. The demon lord watched as her lips moved to make her wish. " please let everone have there lives back let them be whole again. let kikyo have her own soul just please let everyone be okay again. the jewl flashed as everyone was engolfed in a blue lite sesshoumaru felt a tingle then his arm was back. he looked to the miko who was once again on her knees crying " MIKO" his voice was weak but still strong. when she looked up her eyes never met his. he turned his head to see what she was staring at. inuyasha and kiko were alive they were both in tears as there lips locked. " never leave me again kikyo" when he looked back to the miko she was gone. he was about to go after her but not sure why.. thats when he saw they wolf rise he called out kagomes name catching her sent he was off.

sesshoumaru sighed her life after that battle was harsh she had loved that damned wolf kami knows why. but for the longest time he was devoted to her. they ayuma came to state her claim on him. he wanted to tear the wolf apart but stood his ground.

AN.. yah i know... but hey.... it could get better right???? well lets just hope my mind makes it so lol
