Wanting is One Thing by Hana

Chapter One

Sesshoumaru looked at his surroundings in confusion. 'Where was he?'Well the technical answer to his question was that he was standing in the middle of a field surrounded by knee high grass. At the edge of the field there was a forest. 'Was he dreaming?' As if to answer his question Sesshoumaru heard someone approaching and swiftly turned around to face his would be attacker. His eyes widened in shock as he caught sight of her.

It was Inyuasha's human wench! The light breeze that was stirring the grass around him brought her scent to his delicate nose. She smelled like waterfalls and sakura blossoms. She was standing there naked before him her black hair cascading down around her shoulders to cover her breasts and falling to the back of her knees. The miko's smooth flawless pale skin shimmering in the moonlight. Her body was that of a woman's but Sesshoumaru guessed that she was young still. Not quite sure what was going on Sesshoumaru just stood there, but tensed slightly as she started to walk towards him.

She laughed softly when she saw him tense. Sessehoumaru's eyes narrowed in anger. 'How dare she laugh at him!' He growled at the woman. She stopped laughing but was still smiling gently as if to soothe his pride. Sesshoumaru couldn't help but be awed by her beauty. She was amazing, for a human. She continued to walk towards him. She stopped just short of touching him and looked into his face. He looked down at her, into her eyes. Sesshoumaru was shocked, although he didn't show it, at the colour of her eyes. They were a deep midnight blue and reflected warmth and power.

"Am I dreaming?" He asked her. She looked thoughtful for a moment.

"I don't think you are the only one dreaming here Sesshoumaru."

"How is it that you are in my dreams?" He asked her. She stopped smiling.

"How is it that you are in my dreams?" She asked him. Slowly then she raised her hand as if to touch his face. Sess then stepped back to avoid any contact with the miko. She smiled. Sess then felt his anger returning. Suddenly Kagome felt his claws digging into her neck and furious amber eyes staring into hers. She felt a trickle of blood run down the side of her neck and move slowly down her body.

"Is there something funny now miko?" Sess said and Kagome heard the anger lacing his voice. Sess could now smell a hint of fear clouding the miko's naturally appealing scent along with the smell of her blood. He looked down and saw the deep crimson lines running down her sides from her neck. The deep red colour stood out against her pale skin and Sess lost himself following the red trails as they slid along her body. Sess then tore his eyes from the miko's body and looked back into her eyes.

"What is it you want miko?" He asked her, his voice husky and low. She looked at him and then leaned into his body. She then whispered into his ear.

"Wanting is one thing, needing is another but you would know all about that wouldn't you Sesshoumaru?" Sess's eyes widened and then everything went dark and he woke in his bed. 'What was that?' Sess thought to himself as he sat up.
