The sun shown high in the noon sky as the ACADEMY charter bus pulled up in the parking lot. The doors opened and a sworm of people flooded out of it.

Shouts of "YEAHS" and "AWESOME" and "HELL YEA!" could be heard.

The small group was the last one's to get off of the bus, happily chattered on their way to the beachy shore. A small raiven hair beauty talked to a tall lean silver haired god.

The young woman was about 5'5'' and had bright blue eyes. She was lightly tanned, and wore a bright blue bikini. It gave her alot of cleavage, which most men didn't complain about. Her bottom was covered by short-short dark blue shorts, that you could wear in the water. She wore blue flip flops, and had blue sunglasses.

The man she was talking to had alabaster skin, and was about 6'4''. He had bright amber eyes. He didn't wear a shirt. He had the body of the Gods. That was the only way to describe him. He had navy blue trunks on, and wore dark blue sandals.

"So really Sesshoumaru? Inuyasha really got his stomach pumped?" Kagome said while laughing.

"Yeah, I told him that peanut butter, grapes, and spinach wouldn't be good!'' Sesshoumaru laughed as well.

'And when did this happen?!"

Sesshoumaru laughed harder."LAST YEAR!!!"

"NO FREAKIN' WAY!!!!!" They were laughing so hard, they didn't see the set of logs that separted the parking lot from the beach. As a result... down they went laughing. Up they came blushing, out of embarassment, but the still snickered.

"Karma's weird that way uh?" Inuyasha sneered as he ran past his brother.

"Why you little..." Sesshoumaru trailed off as he ran after Inuyasha.

Kagome laughed as she saw Sesshoumaru tackle Inuyasha on the white sand.

"Son of a BITCH!" Inuyasha yelled as Sesshoumaru gave him a wedgie.

Sango and Miroku talked quietly as they walked up to Kagome.

Sango was 5'6'' with milky chocolate hair and mocha eyes. She wore a black bikini, with red flowers going throughout it.

Miroku wore black swim trunks. He had violet eyes and short black hair in a ponytail. And he was about 6'2''.

"Kagome! I don't know how you do it." Sango said after she ran up to her friend, Miroku had ran up ahead to Inuyasha and Sesshoumaru.

"Do what Sango?"

"I don't know how you could be best friends with the hottest guy on campus. Hell, the hottest guy on EARTH!!!" Sango raised her arms and waved them around.

It's true, Kagome didn't know. Sure Sesshoumaru was a year ahead of her, but they were still BFF's. Many women, both younger, and older, wanted Sesshoumaru. Lusted after him really. But, Kagome saw through all the looks, and saw the real Sesshoumaru. The funny, serious, all play no work, all work no play, Sesshoumaru. And she offered him her friendship. And he took it, and returned it.

"I don't know. I mean, we've been friends since I was in third grade, and he in fourth. And it only grew as we got older."

"Lucky. I mean, I know he's my friend too, but you guys talk like... oh I don't know. So casually. Like you don't see the stud next to you." Sango shrugged.

"Well, I see more than that. I see Sesshoumaru. My friend."

"Well, maybe he just might become more than a friend." Sango whispered in her ear, as she went to the bonfire that the other students started. Leaving a stunned Kagome frozen.

The sun was beginning its' descent, into the horizen. The sky was orange and pinks and purples, as dusk set in.

The college students from Yamasi University sat on the large logs they collected, chatting about BS. Hotdogs, and marshmallows roasted near the giant fire.

Kagome bent down and grabbed a stick with a marshmallow. While Sesshoumaru grabbed one with a hotdog. He took a bun, and put the hotdogs in it, then took out another dog. Kagome brought the marshmallow to her mouth and stuck the whole thing in her mouth.

"Aggghhh!!! Ish Hotsh!!!!!" Kagome mumbled through the gooey substance.

"Nice going Gen- OUS!!!!!" Sesshoumaru laughed. Everyone else was too busy to notice. And Kagome was thankful.

After her mouth cooled down, and she ate her marshmallow, Kagome got up. She tapped Sesshoumaru on the shoulder, signaling him to follow.

Sesshoumaru grunted and rose.

They two walked down to the water when Sesshoumaru thought of something.

"Race you!"

But before Kagome could reply, he was off. He didn't run with his demon speed, but was still fast.

"Hey! No fair!" She yelled as she ran after him.

Kagome was running along the beach for a good ten minutes, before she saw Sesshoumaru stop by a large wall of rocks.

"Why'd you race me hear?" Kagome asked after she caught her breath.

"So they won't hear us." Sesshoumaru said as he approached her.

"What do you me-" Kagome was cut off by Sesshoumaru's soft lips gently upon hers. Kagome tensed by surprise, but soon relaxed into the kiss.

She leaned up to him and laced her small fingers in his silver locks. She pressed her lips forward, exerting more pressure. She gasped when Sesshoumaru's tongue licked her bottom lip. Sesshoumaru snuck his tongue in, and traced her warm cavern.
