First Thoughts

Mama trusted me.

She told me of her thoughts.

At first I was scared.

He was big and strong.

He seemed really mean too.

Then Inuyasha,

He told me stories.

I didn't want Mama to be hurt.

The only thing I could do,

Was tell her what I knew.

She gave me a smile,

Then whispered to me,

"Inuyasha knows nothing.

He just wishes me to stay,

And detect the jewel for him."
