Prologue

It was Kagome Higurashi's worst nightmare Inuyasha had destroyed the Bone eaters well, the only way she could go home to the future was gone. 'Why would he do such a horrible thing to me? I loved him...'

"WHY INUYASHA?!?!WHY DID YOU HURT ME SO BADLY?!?!?!?!" Screamed a crying Kagome.

(Flashback)

Today was Kagome's 18th birthday. She was having the greatest time at home but when she went to the Feudal Era, that's when it started to crush to ruble. She saw before her Inuyasha kissing Kikyo and holding her in his tight embrace. Kagome was about to leave when she heard Kikyo speak.

"Inuyasha are you going to kill my reincarnation? Do you still love her? I still love you."

"Kikyo my heart will always belong to you my kio."

'I thought he loved me, not her. Why did he do this to me?' Kagome thought sadly.

She started to cry because now, she truly was alone. But she still had her family. Kagome ran with all her might, she needed her mother more than ever right now. That's when she saw Inuyasha and Kikyo standing by what was once the well.

Lost for so long

"Kagome ,I love Kikyo ,I need the jewel to bring her back to life. You will find the rest of it then you'll give back Kikyo's soul!" InuYasha yelled at

her, he was being selfish.

(End of flashback)

"INUYASHA HOW COULD YOU?!?! I HATE YOU!!" Yelled the girl who just lost every thing she loved.

I hope you and your beloved burn in hell." Kagome whispered as her eyes darkened.

Kagome felt the pain in her heart, it was all because of him.

(Flash Back)

Kagome looked at Kikyo and Inuyasha with hallow eyes. Her heart slowly shut down, no longer would any one hurt her. They would never get the chance.

Kikyo looked at Kagome shocked by her eyes. Kagome glared at her and Kikyo felt her lungs twisted and cried out in pain.

"Kagome how can you be so mean to her?! She hasn't done any thing to you!." InuYasha asked hurtfully, he did this. He turned the once happy girl.

"Why should you care, half-breed, you have your beloved, now go. You

bore me." Kagome said coldly.

"Why are you like this?"

Before he could say any more, she turned and walked to the village.

Back)

Because of the pain and hatred in her heart a dark spirit had been awoken in Kagome. She now could kill with a single glance.

"Hi Kagome!" Said the happy as always Shippo.

Kagome gave him a blank stare. The others were worried, this

was not their Kagome.

Kagome glared at them and turned from the village, she walked into the forest and looked down at her refection in the small

river. The dark spirit chose to speak to the now dark miko, she was powerful and could one day be a great demon.

'Miko you have a choice to be human or a

full dog demon. Chose wisely.'

Kagome thought of one word,

'Demon.'

The shards glowed as the miko of legend spoke. 'As you wish powerful one.' Said Midoriko, it saddened her that the miko had chosen demon, but maybe it was fate that the spirit had been awoken.

A bright blue light surrounded her and she was lifted from the ground. Her eyes widened as she felt a horrendous pain go through her body. Her nails began to grow and her body perfected its self. Kagome screamed as her tail grew and marks appeared on her face and wrist. The light slowly faded and she feel to her knees. Slowly Kagome pulled her body over to the river edge. She stared in shock at her refection. Her hair was longer and darker then hells caverns, and she had a pink stripe on each cheek, a blue crescent moon shown brightly on her forehead.

InuYasha came running to the rivers edge, pissed that Kagome had hurt Kikyo.

"Kago-Who the hell are you?!?!"

"That is none of your concern." She said icily. In a flash she was gone, leaving a confused and pissed off InuYasha in the dust.
