My... My Family
GONE III
"Okay Mom!" A female voice called, "I'm leaving!" "Okay sweetie! I'll have dinner waiting for you when you return." A woman's voice announced. The young woman ran down the steps of her home and made it to the front door in record time. She yelled her farewells to everyone, and sprinted out the door.
Her name? Higurashi Kagome Hime. Her date of birth is unknown, and her biological parents as well. About 3 years ago she was found on her adopted families property, without any previous knowledge of herself. The kind family nursed her back to health and became attached to her.
She only knew one thing about herself that was her name. If her 'mother' had to guess she'd have to say the girl was no older then 15 when she was found. She spoke old Japanese very well, and was a very intelligent being.
Mrs. Higurashi placed Kagome in the 11th grade when she started school, and Kagome breezed through all of her courses almost graduating top of her class. She was now 18 or so and in college.
..............................................................................
Kagome hopped in the old trustworthy car and drove off as fast as lightning. 20 minuets later she was parked infront of Tokyo University, a top notch school for the prestegious.
Kagome turned off the egnition and got out of the two seater, walked towards the doubled doors of the building and entered them.
She only had one class today and she was happy. It was on ancient Japanese history... you know,
She didn't know why but she always felt as though she belonged in the time talked about in class. She could always picture herself in some of the situations mentioned in the history books.
When she closed her eyes she'd picture silver and amber. Two of the most strange combinations together.
She would see two sets of amber eyes... one young, the other old, and a pair of hazel that seemed to be childlike as well. Maybe these things or people played a role in her past? She didn't know... however she'd find out... some day.
(Jump two weeks later.)
"Buyo!" a boys voice called. "Souta come here!" Yelled Kagome. "But Kagome! I can't find Buyo,
and I think he's hungry!" I'll find him, you go eat. Okay Souta?" said Kagome.
"Okay Souta replied." Kagome heard a meow, and followed it to the old well house. She looked all around the compact room... taking in her surroundings. She heard another meow and leaned over the top of the well to check there. She couldn't keep her balance and toppled over the lip of the well.
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHH" she screamed. Waiting to come in contact with solid ground, but instead she felt herself become surrounded by a blue light.
Confussed and shaken, she stood up and dusted herself off. Not seeing the ladder that normally hung on the side of the well, she struggled out of the well and saw that she wasn't in the same old ragady well house she was before.
She didn't panic for the area felt familiar to her in an odd sense. She walked further into the seemingly never ending forest, and came across a male with the most adorable ears situated at the top of his head, pinned to a tree. She gazed and realization hit her.
"Silver hair!" She gasped.
The boy's eyes suddenly opened, and Kagome gasped again. "Amber eyes!" The male named Inuyasha looked at her as if she were crazy. He hollared at her, "Are you just gonna stare at me all day or are ya going to get me down wench!?!"
Kagome looked at him with disbelief evident in her blue irises. She turned quickly on her heel and stalked away from the rude silver haired boy.
'The nerve of that that... MONGRAL!' she thought heatedly. 'How dare he talk to me like that!' she thought again.
As the night progressed she became weary and decieded to rest her eyes for a bit.
.............................................................................
"Kagome. Kagome. a masculine voice panted. "Mother, Mommie." She heard and saw flashes of children and a man. All with silver hair. The man and small female child had amber eyes and the boy had hazel.
They all looked familiar to her. That's when many scenes filled her head.
She saw herself and a very handsome man in the most intimate of posistions. He called out to her... and from the looks of things he seemed very happy about one thing or another. She watched herself smile lazily at the strange, handsome man, and felt her hear flutter a little bit.
Another scene appeared and she saw herself in immense pain. She looked up and saw bars and a pair of red eyes... she felt chills run down her spine, then focused back on her form.
Blood was everywhere and then she saw a small baby come from within her birthing canal. She watched as her face scrunched up again in more pain as she gave another forceful push... another child came out of her.
Kagome saw scenes of two small children running around her, laughing and playing.

(With Sesshoumaru)
"Stop there!" His voice came booming out. If Sesshoumaru wern't the Sesshoumaru he had become he would have stood dumbfounded in shock. Standing 20 feet ahead of him where two figures both with heads of silver. He saw that one had a blank stare and the other had a look a pure shock.
"Are y- you The Lord Sesshoumaru of the Western Lands?"
Sesshoumaru said nothing as he walked forward. He smelt a small trace of Kagome and himself combined.
"Brother what is it?" Himiko replied. "Shhh. sister." Ryu answered.
Ryumaru looked at the man approaching them and questioned, "You are aren't you? You are our father."
Himiko became ever so silent and tears began to trail down her face. "Is it you? Truly?"
Sesshoumaru answered calmly, his voice trembling a little, "Yes... I am he."
Himiko smiled as tears ran down her face. Ryumaru's smile went from ear to ear and he leaped into his fathers arms.
"It is so wonderful to have finnally met you... father." Sesshoumaru just stood there for a moment then softly patted the boys back.
"Come, now that we have united we must search for your mother." Sesshoumaru said gently. "What?" said Himiko, "Mother... Mother is..... gone."
"No, she was never gone, simply missing for a short while." Replied Sesshomaru
"Her scent became evident just before dawn."
"Very well...Father. Let us find her." Himiko responded smiling. "This way." Sesshoumaru said.
...............................................................................
The images Kagome saw floating in her head were most likely memories... her memories.
When she opened her eyes she could barely make out 3 figures approaching her. All had heads of silver.
"Kagome." Sesshoumaru all but whispered.
Kagome looked at him with tears in her eyes. I have a feeling you were very important to me once upon a time."
Please tell me who you all are... confirm my memories, for I know I have seen seach of you before.
your eyes... . His face and the hair on each of your heads.
I have a feeling that... you three are the family I felt missing in my pass."
By this time all four people were gathered around each other. Sesshoumaru stepped towards Kagome and said,
"You are the love of my life and these... these are our children."
Kagome's hands came up to he mouth and tears began to gush out rapidly.
"M- my family... my children, and my mate.
Sesshoumaru... Ryu, and my dear Himiko."
"Yes." they all said in unison. Sesshoumaru embraced her tightly and their offspring came to them and joined the beautiful embrace.
"My... family." Kagome whispered.
