A/N: This is a poem I wrote in Kagome's point of view.

~Opposites Attract~

We are opposites.

So do we attract?

I guess we do,

Because I want you.

You're a demon,

I'm a priestess.

You're evil,

And I'm good.

I'm from the future,

You live here in feudal Japan.

Can we be?

Would you love me?

You're strong,

I'm kind of weak.

You hate humans.

I am a human.

You're egotistical, sadistic,

Distant and arrogant.

Yet I feel for you,

Something deep inside me,

Says that we can be,

But only if you want me

If you choose,

We'll be together.

And I'll love you forever.

For now I'll wait,

Until you decide,

Because like they say,

Opposites attract.

And I'm attracted to you.
