The World of One

A/N: I hope you like this chapter. Sesshoumaru is going to come out in later chapters, so please be patient. I want to work on Kiba and his friends first, and then with Sesshoumaru. Remember to review, and rate. Well, I'll try to update tomorrow. Until then, see ya!!

Five wolves and one girl ran. They ran for paradise, searching for it. Jagura's troops started to hunt wolves since Quent decided to quit hunting down wolves when Blue persuaded him that the wolves did not attack their town. They ran for their lives, all the bullets either hitting them or missing them. Kiba was the wolf that was chosen by the flower, Tsume was a wolf would ran with humans, but changed his mind and now was running with Kiba, Hige was a wolf that convinced Kiba that you have to cover himself as a human to go on living as a wolf, Toboe taught Tsume that friendship was important, Blue was half wolf and half dog, and made Hige more sensitive, Cheza was the flower maiden who made the wolves believe that she would be able to take them to paradise.

All these people were important to each other. They were always by each other's side, even now, they didn't run away from each other. The bullets were still shooting them. They were still running, knowing that they can't attack, since they were badly wounded. They kept running, then they saw a tunnel on the right. They ran into the tunnel and kept running until they were sure that they lost the troops. The tunnel was filled with loud panting sounds. "I think Jagura's troops are getting faster each time we see them." said Toboe, who was panting the hardest. Kiba then turned to Cheza and asked, "Do you know how far we are from paradise?" Cheza was staring at the ground, then replied, "This one does not know." Tsume then spoke up, "Do you think we should stay here for today?" Kiba spoke up, "I think we should run a few miles before we settle down. Jagura's troops are everywhere these days, and we don't know where they're going to show up next." Everyone agreed, and was quiet for some time. Toboe was the first to stand up. "Well, what are we waiting for? Let's go already!" Everyone just stared. For a kid, Toboe had a lot of energy. "Uh.. Why are you looking at me like that?" The tunnel was filled with laughter. "I agree with Toboe. What are we waiting for? Let's go!" was Hige's next words. They all ran once agian.

As they were running, they didn't notice the small well ahead of them. It was small, but big enough for a person, or a wolf in this case, to fit. Blue saw the well, and was about to warn them, but it was too late. They were falling into the well, but this well was different. Usually, a well would be deep, so it would go on forever, and you splat on the bottom of it. They were all expecting a splat, but it never came. All they saw was blue light from the bottom of the well, and the next moment, they were all on the bottom of the well. Toboe's head was piercing him. "What happened?" He asked. Kiba then said, "Let's get out of this well. The exit isn't that high up." He then jumped up, and he was shocked at his surroundings. It was nothing like where the city was, but it was more peaceful. Toboe was next to him. "Wow. I've never seen such a beautiful place before. Anyways, what is this place?" Hige sniffed the air. "I think this is some sort of a different demension. The flow of time smells different here." Cheza breathed in deeply. "This one wishes to see the surroundings." Kiba felt sorry for her. She had reddish pink eyes, but she couldn't see anything with them.

"Oh my gosh!" screamed an average nineth grader in Tokyo. "It's 4:00 in the afternoon and you didn't wake me up?!?!?!??! I'm going to be late!!!!" She quickly got out of bed and got dressed brushed her hair and also her teeth. She grabbed her backpack and ran to the well. "Bye mom, bye, grandpa, bye Souta!" She waved at them and jumped into the well. Blue light appeared at the bottom of the well, then the next, she was at the bottom of the well. She jumped out of the well. She then gasped sharply at the sight. She saw six people dressed in modern clothes. How did they get here? Millions of questions formed in her mind. What happened? Am I still dreaming? Kiba then turned to her. She gasped again. Kiba walked towards her and asked, "Can you tell us what this place is?" So, she thought, these people also fell into the well by accident. "Well, you see," she began, she was trying to act calm, although it didn't work very well, "this isn't the modern world. This is Tokyo 500 years before." Hige then spoke up, "No way. Do you mean to tell me that we traveled through time without even knowing?" Kagome just nodded. "I travel through the well everyday," she said, this time with a smile, "it's so serene here, and the air is fresh. Oh, by the way, I'm Kagome Higurashi, what's your name?" Kiba looked at her, then replied, "My name is Kiba." Kagome then walked over to Tsume, Toboe, Cheza, Hige and Blue. "Hi," she said, with a bright smile, "what's your name?" She asked looking at Tsume. Tsume was sort of confused, but he answered her question anyway. "My name is Tsume." She smiled again, and looked at Toboe and was about to ask the same question, but he volunteered. "Hi! My name is Toboe. Nice to meet you." Kagome was sort of surprised, but she liked that kind of attitude in a person. She then looked at Cheza and asked the same question. Cheza then answered, "This one's name is Cheza." Since Cheza was looking into the ground without blinking, Kagome had no doubt that she was blind. Lastly, she looked at Blue. "Hey," she said, "what's your name?" Blue looked at her in the eyes and said, "My name's Blue." She smiled brightly, and said, "That's a lot of names to remember."

In the distant she saw InuYasha running to her. "KAGOME!! WHERE IN THE HELL WERE YOU???" he yelled on the top of his lungs. Kagome then said innocently, "InuYasha.." He looked up at her with curious eyes, and he had no idea what the next words were. "SIT BOY!!!!!!!!!" InuYasha's body crashed into the ground, causing him to groan. Kiba and the others looked at InuYasha with surprise and amusement. "Oh yeah. This is InuYasha. He can be such a pest." She said. Sango, Miroku, Shippo, and Kirara were coming. "Oh, and there are all my friends. That girl with the big boomerang, her name is Sango. That guy with the golden staff is Miroku. The cute little cat is Kirara. And the little guy with the little tail is Shippo." InuYasha stood up and asked, "Who are these people? Why are they wearing strange clothes?" "Shut up InuYasha. Don't be rude." was Kagome's words for InuYasha. "InuYasha, Sango, Miroku, Shippo, and Kirara, meet Kiba, Tsume, Toboe, Cheza, Hige, and Blue. Did I get them all right?" Toboe spoke up, "You bet!" Kagome was begining to like Toboe. His personality was like hers.

"Anyways," she said, "we are looking for the Shikon no Tama, a jewel that lets anyone make one wish. I shot an arrow into the jewel making it crack into tiny shards! And a hanyou named Naraku is really responsible for all of my friends' anger. He destroyed Sango's village while Sango and her family was working for him. Miroku's right hand is cursed by a windtunnel that sucks everything in, but soon at the end, the windtunnel is going to suck him in too. Naraku was also the one who broke the bond between Kikyo and InuYasha. Naraku also killed Shippo's parents." Kiba looked at her in surprise, then spoke up. "This Naraku person must have done a lot of damage to you. Since we are here, why don't we help?" "Kiba, but what about paradise?" Toboe asked quietly. "Paradise can wait for a while. Since this is 500 years ago, we might find some wolves." Kiba whispered back. "What are you whispering about?" Kagome asked. "Nothing. We are just deciding if we should agree or not." said Toboe innocently. "Are you sure you want to do this, Kiba? I mean, it's still dangerous out here." said Kagome. "Trust us, we've been through many dangers." said Tsume confidently. Kagome smiled. "Ok. That's fine with me." Kagome, Inuyasha, Miroku, Sango, Shippo, and Kirara were walking but, Kiba and the others weren't. "Well, what are you waiting for? Aren't you going to come with us?" "We are, but we want to talk about something. We'll catch up with you." Toboe called out. Kagome nodded and ran after InuYasha and the others. Kiba turned to everyone else. "Do you think we should say that we are wolves?" Hige then spoke up. "I could smell dog from that guy in the red kimono. I think we shouldn't reveal our true form to them. They can't be fully trusted." Everyone agreed to Hige's explanation. "Ok then, it's settled. We won't show our true form. But tonight's the full moon. We have to show our true form then." explained Kiba. Everyone froze at his words. "We will get away from them as far away as possible at night and come back to them later." said Toboe, making it seem so simple. Then everyone finally settled down and ran after Kagome.

When they got there, they already built a campsite. Kiba breathed the air, then froze. I smell trouble, he thought. Then a huge snake demon was right behind Kagome. Before InuYasha could even notice the snake demon, Kiba barred his fangs and bit the demon, letting it bleed. Everyone stared. Then Kagome broke the awkward silence. "I guess you will be a lot of help to us. Thank you for saving me Kiba." She smiled. InuYasha got a slight ting of jealousy, but resisted. He hoped that they would find Naraku fast so that they could get rid of Kiba and his friends. He sighed and looked into the setting sun.

Night was coming soon, and Kiba and his friends could feel themselves slowly transforming. Kiba gave them a signal. Kiba then went to Kagome, then said, "We are going to be right back. We need to be excused." Kagome nodded, and Kiba ran off where his friends were. They ran for a long time, and was transforming as they ran. When they finally stopped, they were fully transformed. They rested for a very little time, and started howling at the moon immediately. Cheza loved the moon too, and was standing in the middle of the circle of wolves. They all howled at one time, and started to circle Cheza, while Cheza was spinning. They felt stronger, and was ready defeat whoever Naraku was. They did this for several hours, making Kagome get worried about them. She then took Kirara, and was soon floating in the air. While she was in the air, she heard howling. She followed the howling noise in a forest. She later walked into a clearing, causing her to gasp in surprise. Five wolves, or dogs, were spinning around the girl named Cheza. Then she saw something. On Toboe's right arm she remembered a bracelet hanging around his wrist. The wolf, or dog, was wearing the same thing. Kagome was very confused. She climbed on Kirara's back very silently, and started to go back to the campsite. She did not mention the scene back in the clearing to InuYasha, Sango, nor anyone else. She just went to sleep, dreaming about the scene she saw back at the clearing.
