Inaccessible Solitudes Of Being by PublicDisaster

Living Dead Girl

I am back with a new story. yes, the is a horror story, finally I have decided to write one. I guess I was getting bored with all of those other genre's. The first chapter is going to be short and fairly vague, but it is just the first chapter and it is needed to set everything up.

WARNING: Horror, which will turn in gore.

DISCLIAMER: I do not own Inuyasha.

Lights.

Bright lights surrounding every inch of the room, blinking in and out.

In and out.

Music played, though no one listened.

Silence.

It was their paradise. It started with one, and then another, and before long it became a haven for the youth. A place where the misunderstood would gather, looking for salvation. They were use to the injustice of the world, familiar with lies, betrayal, and pain...but never would they have thought that their paradise would betray them as well.

Love is not something that you give to just anyone.

Ha. The world, what a fucking joke. Nothing good happens here, the human race makes sure of this. They seem to want to be happy, but while waiting for that happiness to bite them in the ass, they make everyone else feel like shit, like they are not worth the very air that they breathe.

I know this first hand, I am worth nothing. I put on a fake smile everyday, pretending that I do not know what they really think about me. I hate to say, I am not that stupid as to not notice the looks and the whispers. Such a poor girl, that is what they think, just because I am different from their perfectly fake children.

Perfection is over-rated. Who would want to be perfect when you can be real? Not me. I know that no matter how perfect I pretend to be, I am still the same messed up girl that the world let down.

"Kagome-chan, lets go shopping!"

But a girl has to live.

"Okay."

She has to make it through, make it to the day that she can be who she really is.

Three girls walked down a seemingly abandoned alleyway, trash covered the ground like it had not been cleaned in years. Somehow the girls had taken a wrong turn, though not sure how as they had walked the same path for some years now. They did not want to go back, fearing that they may get themselves even more lost, but then again, they thought the same of the path that they continued to walk.

"Where are we?" a girl with long brown hair asked for the millionth time, her whining grating on the others nerves.

"Again, we do not know!" a girl with short black hair screamed, fighting to not rip her hair out, she had been the one to suggest this outing, so she thought it to be her fault that they were lost.

The last girl in the group said nothing, she did not even want to come, but she somehow knew that this was unavoidable. She looked around the dank alley as the other two fought, normally it would disgust her, but today she seemed to not mind it all that much. Something seemed to calm her, though she had no idea as to what it could be. The other two girls continued to fight as they made their way through the alley, hoping to get to the end as quickly as they possibly could.

"Did you hear that?" the girl with the long brown hair asked, stopping in her tracks as to try and hear it better.

"Yes. Did you hear it Kagome?" the black haired girl asked, fear showing in her voice as she spoke.

Kagome had heard it, and it sounded like music, people laughing, having the time of their lives. It sounded like paradise. As if she were in a trance, Kagome made her way towards the music. As the sound grew louder her heart pounded more and more, sounding like a drum beating in her head. She walked down the alley, pushing past her friends, not knowing what she was doing, just needing to get to this place of happiness. Finally, a door, not but five feet away...five long feet. Kagome raced to it, grabbing on to the handle for dear life as she ripped the door open to reveal the secrets within.

The lights blinked in and out as the music played. Down a set of stairs was a dance floor, every inch covered by people having the time of their lives. Across the room was a bar and a lounge area, each having a sort of quality to them that excited Kagome as she looked on. She did not know why, but she knew that she somehow connected with these people, like they called her to this place so that she could be free from her prison.

Kagome slowly walked down the stairs, taking in the sights as she did. This place, though not a place that she would normally go, seemed to comfort her like nothing else could. Her breathing slowed down as she made it to the bottom of the stairs. She walked to the dance floor, weaving in and out of the dancing bodies, her destination in sight. She reached the lounge area finally, everything seeming to be going in slow motion. When she got there everyone looked up, but instead of treating her like another stranger, they welcomed her like she had always been there. Three guys and a girl sat there, not talking, just sitting as the music played. They offered her a seat without speaking, which she took without saying a word to them. A soda was passed to her as she sat there, just looking at everyone.

"Perfect." she whispered, no one else hearing her.

She sat with these people, still silent, acting as if they were old friends. She was welcomed with no question as to who she was, and finally, she smiled a real smile. As she looked around her eyes met that of another, piercing her very soul, she could not turn away. He smirked before he put his drink down and walked towards her, he pushed past everyone that was in his way as he made his ways towards her. Kagome could not help but to watch him, watch how his hair swung as he walked, how his eyes stayed on her, never once straying.

When he finally approached her he did not make a sound, he simply held hi hand out to her. Kagome looked at it for a moment before taking it and letting him pull her to the dance floor. A new song had started to play as soon as they reached their destination. The music took Kagome completely over, like her body was being controlled by each word, her mind on nothing but the man that she was dancing with. The song seemed fast, but they were dancing so slow, almost like they were going in slow motion.

Rage in the cage

And piss upon the stage

There's only one sure way

To bring the giant down

Defunct the strings

Of cemetery things

With one flat foot

On the devil's wing

Crawl onto me

Sink into me

Die for me

Living Dead Girl

Crawl onto me

Sink into me

Die for me

Living Dead Girl

Raping the geek

And hustling the freak

Like a hunchback juice

On a sentimental noose

Operation filth

They love to love the wealth

Of an SS Whore

Making scary sounds

Crawl onto me

Sink into me

Die for me

Living Dead Girl

Crawl onto me

Sink into me

Die for me

Living Dead Girl

Psyclone Jack

Hallucinating Hack

Thinks Donna Reed

Eats dollar bills

Goldfoot machine

Creates another fiend

So Beautiful,

They make you kill

Crawl onto me

Sink into me

Die for me

Living Dead Girl

Crawl onto me

Sink into me

Die for me

Living Dead Girl

Blood on her skin

Dripping with Sin

Do it again

Living Dead Girl

Blood on her skin

Dripping with Sin

Do it again

Living Dead Girl

The song ended and another started as Kagome looked into the deep golden eyes of the silver haired man. She did not know his man, and she knew that she should ask it, but she could not bring herself to speak. He simply picked up her hand, touching his warm soft lips to her palm before turning and walking away. She was left on the dance floor, not willing herself to move as she thought about that one perfect kiss.

Kagome laid down on her bed as she stared up at her ceiling. She had just had the best night of her life. She truly felt like she fit in, and for once she was not left feeling like she was of no importance to the world. Her palm ached for another kiss, it was truly the one perfect moment that she knew she would ever have a chance to witness.

That man taught her something, though she was not sure what it was yet, but she knew that it was something very important.

"I just wish I knew who he was." she whispered to herself as she rolled over to her side to stare out the window.

The lights of the city looked wonderful this evening, though every other she would just snarl at them. This sanctuary that she found is one that she would have to revisit again the next day. The nights events played in her mind as her eyes closed and she drifted off to sleep.

You give it to those who have earned merit to it.

The next chapter should be out soon. I can now write and update while I am at school, so I should be writing a lot more within the next few weeks.
