First Impressions

“ Ugh…go away.” Kagome said groggily
“Kag honey, we don’t want to be late for your first day of school, now do we?’
“ But mom….” Kagome looks at the clock. “ It’s 6 o’clock in the morning, school doesn’t start for another two hours!”
“ Well they always used to say the early you go the better things will be.”
“Fine okay whatever… just go away.” Kagome yelled

‘That shower made me fell so much better, yet it’s only 6:30, I guess I could go eat first. I hate going to a new school. Good thing I’ve been here before, I wonder what Shikon Tama High is like.’
Kagome went down the flights of stairs to get to the kitchen area.
‘ I never thought I’d be back in my old house again. I can’t wait to see my old childhood friends. I wonder what they’ve been up to these past few years.’
Souta, Kagome little brother, was in the kitchen eating the breakfast that the cook made. Kagome ask for her usual bowl of fruit with the dipping sauce. Like always they had their little conversation before Kagome left for school. By the time 7 o’clock came around Kagome was on her was on her way to school.

At the front of the building Kag was in a trance.
‘ Wow I can’t believe how big this place is; there should be a field trip for every new student here every year. I can’t wait to see Sango! Well here it goes.’
Kagome looks up to see the school garden and walks towards it.
‘Well I guess I’ll just chill here until school starts.’
As Kagome was sitting there she decided to hum to herself for a while.

“I knew you’d be here. Like always. Can’t you just away from us?” someone said angrily.
“But I---.”
“Just go away Kikyo, and stay away.”
“I’m not Kikyo or whatever.”
“Then who the hell are you if not her?”
Kagome turned toward the person.
“Do I look …? Oh my god Sango is that you?”
“How do you know my name?”
“Its me.”
“Me who?”
“Its me kagome”
“Oh my god I’m so sorry. How can I forget my best friend in the whole world?”
“Its okay I didn’t recognize your voice. So who is Kikyo in the first place?”
“Well Kikyo was Inuyasha’s ex-girlfriend. But now she just keeps hanging around to try and get back together with him.”
“Who in the world is Inuyasha?”
“Inuyasha is the son of Inutashio Tokugawa, one of the most powerful families before yours. He also has another son named Sesshomaru.”
“ Well that’s good information for some to know.”
“Well Kagome lets get you registered.”
“Okay Sango, whatever you say.”
“Lets hit that pavement before school starts and we’re run over by the posse’s.”
Kagome finally gets to her class after trying to get the certain posse sango was talking about. ‘ I can’t believe all that for just some dumb guy. I just hope that I---.’
“ Oh my gosh, who is that hunk?”
“ Well the one in the red---.”
“ No the one in the white and silver?”
“ Oh him, that of course is Sesshomaru.”
“ You never told me that he was so cute.”
“ Well I thought you’d know by the posse. If you want to talk to him I can introduce you two?”
“ That would be the greatest thing you’ve done sine I got back.”
‘ Oh my god I can’t believe this, I’m acting just like one of those girls. But he is so cute. Sesshomaru, it kind of just rolls off your tongue. Oh wow---.’
“Kagome let me introduce you to Sesshomaru and Inuyasha Tokugawa. Sesshomaru, Inu this is Kagome Tokushima.”
“ Feh whatever” Inuyasha said.
“ Hello Kagome, it’s a pleasure to meet you.” Sesshomaru said. (He is actually nice to everybody but his brother in this one.)
“ Hello Kagome, I’m so glad to see you again.”
“ Hey Miroku, hey you guys!” Kagome said staring at Sesshy.
“ Kagome just moved back here a few days ago and since I’ve going on vacation for a while I need someone to show her around since things have changed around here, and no Miroku you can’t do it.” Sango said looking at Sesshomaru expectantly.
“ Sango you can’t leave, I just got here.” Whined kagome.
“ Kagome I would love to show you around if its okay with you.” Volunteered Sesshomaru.
“ Oh that would be wonderful Mr. Tokugawa.’
“ Call me Sesshomaru, please.”
“ Okay if you wish.”
“Oh but I do wish.”
While they were having there own little conversation Sango and Miroku had left, while Inuyasha was staring at Kagome real hard thinking she bears a resemblance to Kikyo. Kagome and Sesshomaru walked down to Kagome’s class with the promise to meet at lunch.
