Why InuYasha?: Actually, I blame my love for InuYasha on my little brother. I had never even heard of it (I slacked on anime for a couple of years while with my [now ex] husband and pregnant with my daughter) until he was watching it on adult swim. I ignored it, since I have issues with English anime, but despite the annoying voice actors after a few nights of being in the room with it on I fell in love totally. This was two and a half years ago, and I am still totally in love. I think the relationship between Inu and Kags is damn adorable, and the story is involved and beautiful (once I had downloaded all the jp eps…heh). And the animation style is gorgeous.

Why Sesshoumaru and Kagome?: Because!!! I actually didn’t give Sesshou a second look for a long time, though I found him hot, I just didn’t think much of him. And I wasn’t a fan of alt pairings either, and opted to just swoon on Inu/Kags and snuggle my foot tall Inu plushie. Well, right after the 3rd movie was released I managed a download, and started falling in love then. I mean shoot, he’s just so COOL! Then, back in September or maybe October I think I DLed the final bundle of episodes…and watched Together Forever with Sesshoumaru-sama….and cried. I adored him!

Then, on FFXI I made friends with a guy whos char name was Sesshoumaru (befriended him by hitting on him, licking him, and clinging to his ankles…. >_>) and I think it was a week after that, while looking for fan art on dA that I came across the account for fans of House of the Moon by Resmiranda…and I read it because I as bored…I think I slept 4 hours in two days, because I was up reading until dawn every night. I laughed, I cried, and I adored the pairing so completely from that moment on, and dozens (if not over a hundred by now) of fanfics later, here I am. I’ve been plotting this fanfic since. :) Hehehehe.

I just adore the yin and yang, the concept of opposites attract. Sesshou needs that ice melted!!! She can temper his cold and forbidding personality, and he can calm her the heck down. GREAT match.

Other Anime: Saiyuki: Reload (fav, but I like both series and the new one, so many pretty boys…*sigh*), Trigun, Magic Knights Rayearth (sentimental value), Love Hina, FullMetal Alchemist, Escaflowne, and many others. All I watch in Japanese, because I think our fine country butchers anime. Badly. XD

Hobbies: Writing (umm, duh), drawing in the anime style crappily, singing loudly, watching anime, music, playing with my 2 year old daughter Rayvn, reading manga, playing RPGs, reading fanfics, drinking Dr. Pepper, chatting online, reading books, hitting on my friend Ed, and meeting my online friends. ^__^
