I liked the chapter. Yay! Naraku and Tiana finally did it!. It's about time. I just know Onigumo's going to try and screw things up for them. I wish you'd have him separate himself from Naraku to become a separate entity. But I'd want him to look different, like the original Onigumo. If he looked like Naraku, he'd pass himself off as him causing more trouble for Naraku. I know that Naraku never retained the original Onigumo's likeness, because he took the body of Prince Kagewaki. I liked the sweet, touching moment between Sesshoumaru and Rin. Wow! What a shocker for Kagome to hear Shippo's voice. I'm very curious to read where you're going with that idea. I guess I'll keep reviewing here as long as this site will let you update.

Wow! An emotion filled chapter. My sympathies are spread around to everyone except Kouga. Instead of seeing he's lost Kagome (he only had her in his mind), he still believes her to be his. I'm very anxiously looking forward to Kagome's and Tiana's meeting. I hope Naraku and Sesshoumaru are there as support for their intendeds. No fighting, though. Just some serious talk. Maybe amongst the 4, they can figure out what happened to Shippo or at least a way to find the answer. Maybe Sesshoumaru and Kagome can get a glimpse of the side of Naraku that Tiana sees. This chapter was just so heavy with emotion for everyone.

Now I am confused. What caused Shippo's death? It's just a strong coincidence that it happened just as he touched the arrow. I'm not even going to try to figure that out. I think I'll just wait for your explanation. I just feel sorry for Kagome. Will she believe Tiana's innocence or be like Sango? Wow, Sango really cut loose on her. I don't think she'll be welcomed at the camp anymore until she can prove her spell did not kill Shippo. Poor Kagome. She was so happy about her and Sesshoumaru. I hate that this happened.

My computer got sick! I'm so glad to be back with my stories! Yay!! I'm so glad at what's happening between my two favorite couples in this story - Sess/Kag and Nar/Tiana. You really have my mind floating around in circles now. Am I right in thinking that Shippo was to have been Ginta's soul mate? A grown up Shippo, of course. Wow! Can't wait to see Sango's confrontation with Tiana over being responsible for Shippo's death and Kagome's reaction at the news. I still say she should not have left Inuyasha pinned to that tree this long because I was afraid something like this would happen. Just not to sweet, little Shippo, though. Touching scene with Kanna. Hey! Just had a thought. Maybe she can suck Onigumo out of Naraku. Can't wait for Onigumo to be got rid of. Of course, the others would have to witness it so they'd know all the bad stuff came from him and not Naraku. Well, I don't expect Naraku to be completely innocent of everything, but the worse to be from Onigumo.

OK, I'm trying to not be confused. The baby that was thrown into the well was Kagome's ancestor - not her. So she has diluted and dormant youkai blood in her. Did I get it right? Maybe when she eventually becomes Sesshoumaru's mate, her youkai blood will begin to stir and increase her lifespan. I don't expect her features to change. She's human and I hope you keep her like that except I don't like her having a human's short lifespan especially if she's mated to a youkai. I bet that something "precious" that's missing is Shippo! If it's true, I think I'm going to cry. What was Tiana thinking leaving Inuyasha pinned to that tree so long? If Shippo is dead, she needs to take the blame for his death. She created the arrow that purified him. I wonder how Kagome will react towards her now? I'm glad Sesshoumaru is back by her side. She is going to need his support more than ever now.

My imagination is working overtime. The well I bet is the bone eater well and the baby I bet was Kagome which ended up in the future and her mother is her adopted mother that found her in the well in the future. She's Midoriko's daughter. How am I doing so far? If not that, then something similar? I'm glad Sesshoumaru came to her rescue and is there to hear whatever Tiana is about to tell her.
I liked the ending with Naraku and his pet idea. It was a silly bit of fun. I will be on pins and needles awaiting your next update due to the fate of Shippo and Tiana's tale.

It looks like you are beginning to point all the couples toward each other. Too bad Tiana didn't get to at least verbally kick Sesshoumaru's ass. Was it Leone's or Midoriko's own mate that killed her? I don't think you specified which unless I read it wrong. So, Sesshoumaru to the rescue of Kagome and Ayame to the defense of Kagura. You have a lot of different things going on in this story and it keeps me on my toes to stay alert and not miss or overlook anything. No chance to get bored! haha.

I really like this. I cracked up at Koga making out with Inuyasha's foot in the last chapter. At the top of chapter 17 you have a word choice error, weary means tired, the word you wanted is wary which means pretty much the same as cautious.

On the 'correct' spelling of the name of Inuyasha's sword, in the Japanese it's Tessaiga, when Viz translated the manga into English they goofed & translated it as Tetsusaiga & when the goof was discovered it was either too late to fix it or they just didn't bother to fix it. So both are 'correct' you just have to decide if you wanna go with the original Japanese version or the goofed up US version. At least you're using 1 of the 'official' versions, I've seen a LOT of messed up versions of the swords' name over the years.

This chapter was full of the opening of mysteries and unknowns. Kikyo's pondering of why Inuyasha turned demonic when the jewel disappeared. Well, we do know he turns at times of extreme distress but only if tetsusaiga (spelling) is not at his side. At that time in the anime, it would not have been. (Note: I have seen that sword spelled so many different ways, I stay confused.) With Sesshoumaru leaving Kagome could be that he's not yet willing to admit to himself his true feelings for her. He panicked (for him unusual) at her wanting a commitment. Shame on him! He really hurt her. He should have at least heard her heartbreak in order for him to be guiltridden. I want him to suffer, at least a little, for what he did. She deserves more than a one night stand or an occasional rut. More and more I love the pairing of Tiana and Naraku. Of course, now I'm curious about their PLAN. Poor Miroku. Maybe he should confront Tiana about all that he has seen and heard. If it's a plan to somehow rid Naraku of Onigumo, maybe Miroku could help. I believe it's Onigumo that is the true enemy and forcing Naraku to be his unwilling ally. Maybe while Onigumo wants the jewel for power to absorb Naraku and be able to exist on his own, Naraku wants the jewel to rid his body of Onigumo and destroy him. My imagination is working overtime. I'm anxious to see your imagination at work for these mysteries to solve. Oh yes, can't forget Leone and the unknown male she was talking with. You've given your fans plenty to ponder about. It keeps us on our toes and your story in our minds.

I bet Kikyo was the reason he was in a blood rage. So, it seems chemistry is stirring between him and Kagura. It would be what is called a "Kodak moment". haha! I'm so glad that Sesshoumaru overheard Kagome's confession to Naraku. With her bashfulness and lack of self-confidence, it would have taken her forever to admit her love for him. Now he just has to admit his for her to himself first before he can to her. She's going to be left confused and hurt, now.

Wow, what an strange meeting between Naraku and Kagome. I guess because she has just fallen in love with someone so different from her, he considered she would understand. He needed someone like her to be there to talk to about him and Tiana. They're both going through the throes of falling in love under difficult situations. I still wonder why Tiana wanted to be chased into their camp. And now, whoopee, she's gone to confront Kikyou. haha She's already pinned Inuyasha to a tree. His mouth gets a bad case of diahrea at times. I know she has to be one of the three that can release him. I bet Sesshoumaru is one and Naraku the third. She did say three that had no wish to release him. I wonder how you're going to play that out. Ohhhh, I just get goosebumps whenever Kagome and Sesshoumaru are around each other. The sexual tension between them is delicious. Oh yes. I can't forget Miroku. That pervert is hearing and seeing everything and adding it all up to figure everything out. No wonder he enjoys his own thougts and smirks to himself.

Kouga and Inuyasha (shaking my head). Those two are such children. Their behavior is such a turn-off for a female unless you like watching a comedy act. Ginta and Hakkaku, hahaha, "protect the women". So Kagome shocked Miroku. I wonder if he figures out who the mysterious male is that was kissing her. He really will be shocked when he does. It seems he's becoming a wealth of knowledge by listening and watching which is the best way to gain such. I wonder what Tiana has up her sleeves by requesting for a demon to chase her into the camp. I'm anxious to read what you have up your sleeves! I can understand Kagome's fear of spiders. I can hold a snake (non-poisonous) but don't come near me with a spider.

I enjoyed this chapter even though Sesshoumaru and Kagome weren't in it. They can't be in every chapter when you include the lives of other characters, too. They all need equal time. Poor Tiana. I don't trust her stepmother. She still has something more planned for Tiana. I hope she and Naraku end up as the new Lord and Lady of the North. Of course, she'll have to get past her stepmother and he'll have to destroy Onigumo so everyone will know who the real evil person is. I had a feeling Ayame's curiosity would lead her to question Kagura before making any decisions. I've always thought her character to be outgoing and curious of things and people around her. Boy won't Kouga get a shock when she joins Inuyasha to protect Kagura. Kagura won't know how to behave with all these new friends coming to her aid.

I must admit I'm a little disappointed with the lack of Sesh/Kag in this chapter. It's hard to stay interested in Naraku's love life without some Sesh/Kag sprinkled in here and there. Disappointment aside, it was well written. :)

I still believe the most evil part of Naraku is controlled by Onigumo. I think it funny where Inuyasha was confused as to why he feels he has to protect Kagura. Also when Jaken and Ah/Un sense Kagome's and Sesshoumaru's arousal. I like how you gave Ah/Un some personalities as they smirked at their master while he glared at them. I've always like Ginta and Hakkaku as background characters. Also, they can be blabbermouths, too.

Hehe, Inuyasha and Kagura bickering - how cute and funny. Little does he know that soon he's going to have to be her protector from a very, very stupid, dense, and dumb wolf (especially when it comes to Kagome). Poor Ayame. She'd be better off with either Ginta or Hakkaku. They're loyal and have a lot more common sense than Kouga. They've even tried to make him understand (unsuccessfully) that Kagome is not interested in him the way he wants her to be. He never treats them right either. Just takes them for granted. Haha, Tiana is such an emotional person. I wonder what she has planned for Kagome. It can't be bad since she seems to like Kagome. I think Kagome is running in the direction of Sesshoumaru. I still haven't forgotten Onigumo lurking in the subconscious of Naraku. I still want Naraku to tell Tiana about him. But I bet the moment he decides to tell her, Onigumo will fight to come out to shut him up. So Naraku will just have to be the stronger one. My imagination just won't let me shut up. Hmmmnn. I wonder. Does this mean an Inuyasha/Kagura pairing? That could be interesting and funny with their constant bickering in the beginning. Somehow, he and Tiana have got to come to an understanding over her sister's death. I still can't believe he did that willingly. There's got to be another side to the story. Kagome is brave enough to stand up to Inuyasha over other things. Why can't she do the same when it comes to the subject of Sesshoumaru. He'll eventually figure it for himself and make it harder on her. Someday, she's going to have to stop stammering and stuttering around on whatever the topic is. It's irritating. Just spit it out. Oh man! You are making me feel sorry for Naraku. So his evil side is Onigumo who wants to take over completely. In the moments that Onigumo is in control around Tiana, I hope she can tell the difference somehow. I just wish Naraku would tell her about Onigumo. I am strongly routing for Naraku and Tiana. I want to see a future for them. He needs to somehow figure out a way to keep Onigumo from re-entering his body the next time he comes out. Maybe Kagome and her miko powers could help with that. You've got me really hooked into this new and different character for Naraku. He's not the same old evil person like in other stories. I'm intrigued and fascinated with this Naraku. Onigumo is the evil entity. I'd say if he could be permanently removed from Naraku's body, I'd be willing to bet that Naraku would be a halfway decent person.

This chapter did not read like you had writers block to me. I liked it. Poor Inuyasha, always with the bad timing. I want to believe that Tiana is merely a matchmaker because she likes Sesshoumaru and Kagome and saw their interest in each other. But something tells me she's also doing it to get back at Inuyasha. She's taking away his "second Kikyo" and giving her to his hated half brother. Or I may be wrong. I'll just have to wait and see what you come up with. I'm glad Kagome did not feel obligated to stay and go out with Hojo. She's done everything but come out and flat tell her friends to quit setting her up with him. They are beyond pushy! From the way that she and Sesshoumaru were looking at each other, before they were so rudely interrupted, I can hardly wait for their next alone time with each other. Hopefully Inuyasha will be clear on the other side of Japan or whatever. As long as he's nowhere around to bother them. But eventually she's going to have to make Inuyasha understand that she wants to spend time with Sesshoumaru without his interference. I hope the holidays are treating you well.

OMG i love this story it's so cute! i like the way you made Naraku well nicer. i also love Tiana's 'Dream sequences' that she puts Inuyasha and Kagome through, they very funny! i have to say i wasnt expecting that as the reason for Tiana hateing Inu but i liike it, i want to know what that black stuff coming out of Naraku is its annoying me. well i know you'll let us know soon.
