After reading the final chapter of the IY manga, I felt compelled to come back to this story. It transitions almost seamlessly from canon now, did you know that? I am utterly absorbed in this story. The last chapter was beautiful in its simplicity. There was equal whimsey and wistfulness, until, of course, the mercenary twins showed up. You did an amazing job of injecting action into so intimate a scene, and pivoting focus from something sweet to something dangerous and suspenseful. I loved that you kept Sesshoumaru from becoming too involved because it stayed true to his character at this point in the story, pinpointing his uncertainty and that he isn't fully aware of how close he's becoming to his brother's mate and son. And who doesn't love it when Kagome kicks the proverbial ass? I loved that you made sure they recognized strength in each other. Great installment.

Glad to see another chapter, feeling like this story maybe quickly coming together. How many lessons are there?

Yeah, I might become addicted to this story. Aside from the seriousness of Kagome's present situation, considering the fate of Inuyasha is unknown, the scene with Sesshoumaru and little Touga made me snort water outta my nose. And the woman assuming so much about Rin and Sesshoumaru's relationship to Kagome. Too funny! I seriously think I peed a little, it was that hysterical. I know, TMI, but you get my point. I wonder about her, if she's just dense or picked up on something. Regardless, we'll find out soon enough, ne?

wow! that was ....... Wow. poor sess dosnt know what to do. rin dosnt know what is happening and kagome wants to get her tubes tied. hey wouldnt the pegnacy go longer because of how much human blood is in the kid. oh and can the child be a girl you hardly ever find stories where the first child is a girl. well i love it so please continue and what are you going to name the child.
