I really want to see where you take this story, I like it so far. I think that most of the negative comments you are getting are about Tsubaki, more than the incest thing. I have to admit I didn't really get the whole would have sex with the whore at first; but after thinking about it, and I might just be making this up in my own head, but was Sesshomaru being more on the selfish side. I kind of see him having the whole male idea of "I need sex, with whomever, but Kagome's not ready to give to me. So someone else will have to do." If that is the case I can see it fitting in with the story. Frankly it happens a lot; he's being selfish and stupid, but that's part of the dramatizing of characters that happens in stories. I don’t think it’s a reason to condemn the story or not read it anymore. Part of what makes a story appealing is making the characters real; and that’s real life, it happens. They make stupid mistakes, and then later have to make up for it. So anyway keep up the good work, can't wait for a new chapter!

I'm not really getting why he has to go and sleep with Tsubaki. I love the way you write. The story is intriguing, though the incest thing is kinda icky, but I just got hung up on the whole Tsubaki thing.
It made me stop as I read and go "What? Why?" I could not suspend my disbelief, which is necessary to be able to do while reading or watching any piece of fiction. There are a lot of wonderful things. You're writing and word choice makes me happy. You have excelent imagery. The characters are round rather than flat and uninteresting. If it weren't for that one thing, I wouldn't be bothered, but I am.

The incest thing doesn't bother me. As long as there's thought put into it, I'll give it a chance and read it. What bothers me is how does it make sense for Sesshomaru to sleep with the slut so he will be Kagome's forever? If he wants to prove himself to Kagome, then he doesn't have to get anything out of his 'system' to be hers. Being a womanizer proves nothing, only that you'll sleep with anything that opens its legs, like he's apparently going to do with that slut. There will be no trust in their relationship, becasuse Kagome knows and sees how callous he is with women, so how could she be sure he won't do that to her. He still thinks of himself and his needs first, and he is not doing anything to show Kagome his feelings for her and that he wants her as a mate (being siblings and the family's reaction is a different issue). Because of that, I lost complete interest in this story. You know, a womanizing Sesshomaru is overdone. If you had wrote him like your first story, I would still want to read this story, but now I don't.

I'm confused. Is Sesshoumaru a full demon in this? Cus if he is, wouldn't that make Kagome, a hanyou, his half-sister. Unless, of course, he's a hanyou too.

I for one do not condon incest, but when it is a Kagome & Sesshoumaru story I cannot help but love it regardless. Great chapter cannot wait for the next one!!
