Hi. This is an interesting idea for a story. I just noticed one thing though, and please don't take this as a flame, because it's not. In the first chapter, you told us Carley was eighteen. Then, when you introduced her parents, her mom is twenty-nine, which would have made her eleven years old when she gave birth. Again please don't take this as a flame, because it isn't. I like the story, just wanted to point that out.

hey nice story are the character who are actual person you or a friend and did you get the insperation from the Movie 'Rose Red' i love that movie it started off as a book by Stephan King but like most of his scary books got changed into a movie which i absolutly saw and if this story isnt about it i would actually see the movie because it would give great inspiration because its about a mansion that kills everyone as well. well not entierly but you will have to see it to find out
