Well, despite the suspense I greatly enjoyed reading this chapter. I'm quite intrigue and drawn towards the aspect that Naraku or any of his subordinate have yet to discover the Shikon with Kagome's presence.

Also, out of curiosity is Higurashi senior aware of their ancestral heritage in regards to the tama? I was wonder since in the anime he’s filled with a load of knowledge no matter how farfetched some may be. Wonderful story. You write in such a way that my heart aches for what Kagome is going through. I hope you don't mind a little constructive criticism, but the flow of the story might work a little better if you checked your tenses; at points, you'll skip from past tense to present tense, staying in it for a few words or sentences before returning to past.

Hmmmm, so the plot thickens, Dun...Dun...Dunnnn. His treatment of his wife is so mean. i mean yeah he's a demon in a situation he does not like but still does he realy have to be so cold, it is not her fault. It makes me want to cry too. Any ways good fic and i hope to see the next chapter soon.
