Wow. Seriously interesting chapter. And I LOVE how you described the difference between gold and amber and threw in the bit about how amber encases and holds things. It was wonderful! I'm also glad that Kagome has discovered the truth about the magics and her wish. I will be happily looking forward to the next chapter. :) Cogratulations on a great begining for your story!

WOW! This is such a great start to sequel to this story. You set-up this story up very well and I can't wait to read the journey you will take us on through the journels of Kagome's.

O...M...G. I'm actually crying. I started crying when I figured out that Kagome and Fluffy were dead, and I'm still crying. Waaaa!!!!!!!! Well, if it is depressing, I like it already. I just hope that you make the actual story of how the youkai came back (which is the story I assume you are telling) really long, so they have plenty of time to live. Either that, or bring them back which would RULE!!!!!! I mean, the don't have to be alive, but if they could somehow talk to them, I think it would be really cool, and sweet, and make a really nice ending. But hey! I'm just a fan, so I don't get a say in the matter. Keep writing, and good luck on your novel, if you get it published, I'll buy it!!!!!
