This story is great it kinda has a mix of fairy tales. Like the ones you stated and the movie swan lake. I can't wait for more.

You know, when I was six, I remember watching the Jim Henson Hour specials on TV where they would take really old fairytales and act them out. There was one called, "The Three Ravens" - it was supposedly based on a German fairytale. My parents taped it, and I recently rediscovered the VHS amidst the junk in my basement - which is how I totally recognized the premise of your story. I really loved that tale (it's so dark and creepy!), and I think your story has the potential to really do justice to the original telling (The Six Swans). I look forward to your updates!
