Wow, is it really over? I just can't believe it. I was hoping for a happy epilogue or something. This chapter was really sad. My eyes grew a little misty and my heart reached out to them. If there is an epilogue that would be great but if not, thanks for this great fic.

Kags seemed to have died peacefully and with her last breath she gave it to Sess...so sweet and sad at the same time. I think the person that spoke to him in his dream state was not Kags but maybe his mother. I was also thinking Midoriko but then why would she say such endearing words to him. Hey-a Sesshy's Rose! I adore your story "Until Death" and have read the latest chapter. I actually read it while listening to "My Last Breath” by Evanescence, and I think that the song fits the flavor and tone of the chapter perfectly: sad and angsty while having that little bit of hope for the future needed to not fall into depression (perhaps not for Sesshoumaru though). You should not apologize for having Sesshoumaru OOC because, honestly, everyone would act in a similar manner in the same situation and there is no use denying it! You also should not be sorry for writing shorter chapters. You get everything you need to across and it is my belief that the emotional impact would be lost if you started to get wordy in descriptions. I also find it refreshing to read a story that is not a cajillion words long each chapter and actually has plot and a point (not that there are not some really good ones out there). So kuddos to you! As for that mystery presence at the end of the chapter, I think it is his Mother, no matter how far fetched that may seem. Fare well for now and I look foward to the next installment, whenever you decide to grace the community with one.

This chapter was very emotional. I feel so sorry for Kagome. I see her symptoms everyday that I work. I work with home health and see my patients at their homes. I hope you get to feeling better as well. I'm so sorry for your loss of your friend. I just thought of a good use for the completed jewel. Have it heal her and give her immortality by either returning to her body or InuYasha could atone for his actions by being the first to grab the jewel and wishing this for Kagome instead of for him and Kikyo. That would truly be a selfless act on his part and a truly "happy ending".

Please give the story a truly happy ending. Real life is too full of disappointments and way too many unhappy endings. When I read, I wish to escape all that. That's why when I read I enter a different world where happy endings are the reality. I'd even go so far as to reward her by giving her immortality to ensure the illness never returned. I'll be totally heartbroken and disappointed if it's your plan let her death be the ending. Please say it isn't so.

You should feel very safe. All of us who are loving this story would never even, in a million years, think of doing anything that would impede your progress in writing the next chapter! OF course, once you have completed this wonderfully original story, theeeeeen you can feel unsafe for torturing us with this pause in the action!

I love how you've set this up for Sess to slowly realize feelings for Kag. I also love that Inuyasha seems to out of sorts (the lying sneak). And it is so in character that Kag would sacrifice herself for Inu's happiness. Just with he would get a clue and dump the clay pot.

I really like what you have done so far in your story. It's really sad to consider all that Kagome is going through and I think that you have captivated that aspect very well. But, what I can't help but wonder, is what Kagome would like to do before she dies. I really wish that death was not the case, but I'm sure, like others that were/are in a similar position, she has a list of things she would like to do or feel before she dies. It's been a while since you last posted a chapter, part of it it's my fault. I just wanted to tell you that I love this story and I can't wait to see if you finally let Kagome live or not and if she does ... will Sesshomaru making her so happy have something to do with it? And how will he deal with Inuyasha reapearing in the scene again wanting Kagome back. Will that make him realise he has feelings for our little miko? So many questions!!!

I can just imagine how tired kagome is going to get now,if it were me I would breakdown especially if im so tired. try telling someone to bother me when im tired and you are so getting it, i really hate that.

Wouldn't it work if Sesshomaru killed Kagome and then brought her back to life? If she's dead then the tumor should automatically nulify. The cells in it would die too and then when he brought her back it wouldn't be a problem anymore would it?

Hi there! I finally read your story! I had seen it several times but I'm reading so many at the moment and having so little time to do so I always kept yours for later. I'm japanese by the way. Ummm between kagoem and yura, it'd probab;y be kool if they just called each other by their first names without any chan or anything, because in japan, if we're really close we just say names without chan or anything, if that makes any sense.

You could shorten sesshoumaru's name to maru?? I've read it in a few fics and that sorta sounds nice. Like between kagoem and sesshoumaru, when or if they get intimate and stuff ^^

Hey rin could call kagome kagome-oneechan, which means older sister if you didn't already know. and if you decide to make kagome rin's mother, okaasan.

umm, a lot of people in their fics like have a character call their loved ones or mates like 'koi' or 'koishii', and it sounds okay, and the word koi/koishii literally means love (koishii i think actually means something I want, i think) but it doesn't actually mean A loved one, if you get what I mean??

koibito, menas loved one, but koibito is a tad casual, probably for sesshoumaru^^ I wouldn't know how to tranlate mate into japanese^^

the only issues with this is the words close together. when you finish a paragraph press Enter then do the next. It's makes it easy and dont give people a headach

This is so sad... No wonder she doesn't want to tell anyone, what could she possibly tell Shippo? His father was killed and now the only person to care for him is going to leave him as well, even if it is against her will... How the hell do you explain something like that to a little kid?

I saw this movie "My life without me" about a young woman learning she was going to die as well, the girl had married young and had two children... and she cried so much at the prospect that she wouldn't be there to see her children grow up... so she made a list of all the things she wanted to do before she died, and besides of taking care of her family, one of them was to make someone fall inlove with her that wasn't her husband... she just wanted to become important for someone new before she died, be able to stay in the memory of someone that wasn't already her friend or family... just to prove herself that she could still inspire affection... in other words, she wanted to change someone's life before she died, make someone lonely be capable of feelings, to die with the knowledge that her life had created a difference for someone....

I can totally see Kagome vowing to herself that she'd do that with Sesshoumaru: use the time she has left to show him the beauty of life and of feelings, to change his life in a manner of speaking.

You've got a really neat story line going here. I look forward to seeing what will become of Kagome and Rin.

To make the paragraphs seperate you need to put a "" "p" ">" without the quoties or spaces. For itallics its the bracket things with an "i" in the middle, and when you want the itallics to end it's a frontslash "i" with no spaces in the brackets. I assume its the same for all special editing, like b for bold and u for underline. the tricky part is making sure you put the brackets with the frontslash at the end of the text so that everything isn't stuck in itallics after the fact.

I look forward to seeing what you do with this story. I'm good at editing, but am well behind in computer jargon. Sadly, I don't know what a HTML tag is.

Double space is simple. You press "enter" more than one time!

HTML tags range anywhere from making a word italics to making it bold, and a thousand more font tricks. You need to go learn about that from someone that can actually sit down and show you.

It's a decent story line. In my opinion, it's moving a bit too quickly, with a few too many cliche lines. Otherwise, it's a good start.

If you want help with the spacing and HTML, you could always get a beta. Write the chapter, send it to your beta reader, they'll fix it up so that you only need to copy and paste it.

It's up to you. But ultimately, I would suggest a beta. And if you're writing this in Microsoft Word, then everything you need is included in that - you only need to know how to use Microsoft Office properly.
