I have to agree with Michelle. I liked the first chapter, but I am dissappointed that it is ONLY a first chapter. I was expecting to see whole story, since it is marked as being complete. I hope you are planning to write more. :)

I honestly have to say that I was a tad confused that things weren't progressing faster because the summary indicates that this is a complete story.

I think that you'll have more luck in reviews and in reader rateings if this story gets classified as 'incomplete.' Then it looks like a really amazingly long first chapter and not a wham-bam one-shot.

Otherwise, I'm hooked into the mystery already: an Ice demoness? Also, that last bit with Sango rang true; Kagome does have a tendency to smile things off. I think you've caught the essence of the characters and their interpersonal relations-- at least in the same way that I understand them.

I like that the characters aren't flat. They don't just do this and that, they actually talk and think beyond the show's stereotypes, which is only to be expected when they've been together for three years.
