I just love this fic, Sidhe. You've got that special gift that I have seen in a few others recently and I only pray that you'll stick around for a long time keeping me in fanfic bliss. I am really liking Sesshoumaru as a Tora and now there are two more? The fangirls are going to go wild if they are anything like Sesshoumaru. Loved it as usual. The impending meeting between the hunters and Sesshoumaru has me excited. I'm going to guess they're his brothers, and seeing how they react to Kagome is going to be fun!

I have to admit_ this amongst one of d best fanfics I have ever come across. The way Kagome is portrayed as an intellgent person was definitely the clincher for me. I have read too many fics where she is practically a dumb blonde- no offence to any blondes out there. Keep it up!

I've fallen in love with your story. It has been a long time since I've read such a well written story with a definite plot. I like how you portray the characters and how they don't differ too much from their personalities. I've seen too much of the hard ass Sesshomaru , always horny Miroku, depressed Sango, and naive kagome who is never given enough credit.I also love the whole idea of a feline Sesshomaru. I also like the fact that when you write the few love scenes they're not over the top. You show the love and tenderness instead of raw lust that means nothing but a quick fuck. Getting more interesting by the moment, who are these other Tora in ther seeming midst? Fascinating.

Wonderful chapter as always, there is one recurring theme, a sense of sensual peace. Yes, a seeming oxymoron, and yet not. Most chapters end, at night in quiet solitude for the duo and peace, acceptance and love and I very much think that in large part translates to your readers in a sense of fulfillment and that adds to the wondrous tone that is this work. Just excellent. Possibly one of my more favoured portrayals of both Kagome and of course, our "Viking". Well done.

I have no issue with the previous chapter, sometimes damage happens and it leads to violence. Unquelled emotions do that. As for this chapter, wonder as always. Equally glad to see Inuyasha taking steps to evolve and the clear maturity of Miroku, more than the sum of his parts.

Holy cripes. That was an action packed revelation....crap on a stick. Sorry...wow...I'm still reeling. Honestly, though (and I know this is a cliffhanger and will be resolved) that's a little harsh for Inu to nearly be killed and Kagome be okay with it, regardless of what he called her. I mean, wow, I might be upset that people call me despicable things, but I don't want them to *die* for it. But (and this is a bedunkadunk But) this is your fic, and it's amazing so far, so I trust that her choice was warranted, especially considering how Inu treated her previously. I say it was great reading this chapter with Inuyasha being forgotten in Sesshy's or should I say Vash's shadow. How can Kagome be a whore when she's only been with her boyfriend the whole time? If Sesshomaru's father hated him so much why did he even bother giving him a sword at all? Not saying that I'm complaining because it's much better than tetsusaiga. Again, where is Rin? Thank you for considering giving the cliffy earlier than you planned and update soon.

This cliffy isn't bad. It's a normal 'things are starting to relax a bit' end to a chapter. It's about time someone forced 'Yasha to apologize. All the times he got away with bad behavior by being a bit gruff or changing the subject wasn't good at all for his social training. heh. He was, frankly, a lousy leader. I'm wondering what happened to a lot of the punctuation? It was there just a few hours ago. (scratches head)

Simply wonderful!Though most people don't feel sorry for Inuyasha I kind of do.The way he acted in childhood towards Sesshoumaru/Vash wouldn't be something that I think he would do once he got older,but rather he did it because he thought it was ok and I assume his father didn't punish him for mistreating servents and generally just because children can be brats.This chapter just made me rather depressed,even though it did get happy towards the end.

The part where Inuyasha got his spine grasped from the inside made me cringe. I have never read another story where a character does that to another and I don't think I want to.x_XSo will Inuyasha live after that or will he just die slowly and painfully?

More more more? I feel bad for Inuyasha, not that he didn't have it coming but I kinda like him despite his suckyness. I can't wait for Sango's reaction when she finds out she's pregnant!

Just a suggestion. You might want to change the category of 'Canon' on your story. This fic is very good, but your portrayal of the characters, and the history that you are giving to each is not even close to Canon. It is Alternate Universe, especially as you have killed off Sesshoumaru's mother, giving Rin to some adoptive couple, made Sesshoumaru Scandinavian, have Inuyasha being unnaturally cruel & abusive to the rest of the gang, and have Sesshoumaru being quite distinctly portrayed as everything except how Rumiko Takahashi has created him.

This is most definitely not Canon, nor are the characters being portrayed as Canon.

If you are going to use terms in a language that are foreign 'bikkju-sonr', you might want to explain why, precisely, Sesshoumaru would know such a foreign tongue, being has how he is Japanese, and these terms are not.

I am so glad that Kagome's Mother likes and trusts this Sesshoumaru. He seems so much more controled than the Inu version and his devotion to Kagome is staggering. I'm sure it'll be one to please and Sesshoumaru taking on his true nature and form will be quite a revelation for all who know of the Taiyoukai. You can't be serious in not knowing the amount of fans you have out here, can you? You are breaking some major ground here with changing Sesshoumaru's character and being. I find it highly fasinating that some of you writers are finally getting the courage to go beyond the norm and expand the characters to new lives other than making them Inu or vampires. It gives the readers more to experience with our favorites characters and the fact that you aren't really changing the personalities of them much keeps me wanting more. Good work.

Thank goodness you updated! It's that damn time of the month and I'm in pain, grumpy and, worst of all, bored. There hasn't been anything good to read this week and I was beginning to go stir crazy! Another great chapter...I'm not sure if I've reviewed before, so I'll do it now...I've always thought Sesshomaru was different what with his long white hair and height, not to mention those stripes on his face; good idea in making him another species. Two thumbs up! I was crushed by what happened to his mother and baby sister. Damn you Dog General and here I was thinking he was honorable. I just noticed something, structurally, about your story that lends itself to my enjoyment. Given it's on the computer,- not blocked up on an actual page- I hadn't noticed the similiarity in form to an actual book.

The seperation between dialogue, descriptions, and action are all laid out as one would find in a current work of romantic fiction. (Don't ask about any other genre as really, I don't enjoy them half as much).

The spacing and placement lends itself to ease of reading that is delightfully pleasing to the senses.

Anyway, just had to say that.

Maybe you're the type of person that just enjoys being harrassed. heh. (theatrical horror) AHHH! Masochist!! ...Um, you might want to take a look at that first sentence again. Vampire? Well, maybe some other time. (grin) Youkai beats out vampire in my book. Vamps tend to have a more 'slave to my craving' type of angst. Youkai are more of the natural beast sensuality to me. But I also like vampires. (shrug) Anyway, nice slam Sess! To both the slut and the runty boy. heh.

There are few things I wouldn't do to watch someone wth the skill of Sesshomaru using a blade. To have ones sword in his hand would be the only price that I would need. It would be true honor for him to handle something of such. And to see him use a whip, after having his own natural whip for years beyond what I can guess,he has got to be more than just a natural. Sesshoumaru a tiger... it makes perfect sense. His aloofness, his fondess for lounging in or by trees...his stalking methods. It's sexy.

There were so many subtle hints, and Im kinda depressed that I didnt pick em up...the marking should of been a dead give away.

I love the story's plot. It's original, which is a nice break from the standard chiche plots that are abundant in any site that contains fanfictions like this.

I really am anticipating the next chapter when Danny makes his grand entrance...although his health and future existance on the planet arnt garunteed for the better at the current moment. I have a feeling that Danny is a decendent from Miroku...the whole 'being scolded for groping' is what set off the notion. Either that or Kouga...for being so persistant.

I am shocked that there was a confession to Kagome's friends about the whole youkai situation, but the whole pressure of a double life is sure to make anyone crack. Plus, it makes the story more intresting. Just the different reactions and ideas for situations you can use are limmitless...

Huh...The dark banding and silver furr makes one think of a silver tiger. Nice imagery, though the 'purring' most authors have in their stories would make sense if he turned out to be cat youkai rather than dog youkai.

Thisstory is fun, reminds me of Dara Joy's familiars, though you've made Sesshomaru different. (Not just a copy of her work). It's definately up there with The Twisted Humor for me.

First of all, you have a wonderful writing voice.

However, the Dara Joy influence is pretty heavy in this story and I think that it takes away from your own style, which is so lovely and fresh. Sesshoumaru speaking a different language doesn't really fit -- he's no Familiar. In canon he's an inuyoukai, and I think your version of him would be even more compelling if it weren't twisted to fit the Dara Joy mold.

I also don't see the need for Inuyasha and the Inu no Taisho to be vilified to this extent, presumably so that Sesshoumaru looks better by comparison. It's the easy way. I think you would be a good enough writer to make him likeable and interesting without resorting to that.

Raise your hand if you care about 'Yasha's opinion. (looks around, hear's crickets) (winces) Ouch. If his arm hadn't originally been cut off so near the shoulder I'd suggest he just bind it up. That hurts just thinking about it. And I knew all along that there was not way 'Yasha could Really touch him unless he allowed it or was careless! 'Yasha has all the control and finesse of a berserker. Useful for sheer numbers, but not if your enemy can do something sophisticated like, say, step to the side. The waffy moments between Sesshomaru and Kagome are wonderful. I'm a sucker for romance and have to admit your portrayal of his 'true' origins are hot. (even if he's perfect the way he is regardless)

The bond between them which allows Sesshomaru to protect Kagome from a distance...I wonder where Inuyasha had seen it before as he indicated it had never reacted like that to him.

Sesshomaru hinted that his father had been a bastard (pretty blatantley at that) so it seems impossible for it to have been him and Izayoi.

Then again, evil bastards the world over have been known to fall for a woman, said woman being cared for like glass. Who knows.

I appreciate your story's ability to flow through the action without hitting any snags or slow points.

My favorite part of your story(ies) however, has to be the prevailing humor. It's nice to be able to just relax into a fic and get a laugh out of it as well.

I'm currently in love with this story, although Inuyasha is just a bit TOO much of an ass right now to be in character, and Sesshoumaru is being a bit nicer than I've seen him in fics lately. Overall, all the stuff an English teacher would grade you on - grammar, spelling, tenses, etc - is really really well done.
Love the story originality, because with as many Sess/Kag stories I've read I dont think I've come across this particular theme so far.
Not really loving the lack of Shippou, and you said that they were in Kaede's village, and I didnt notice her there either, so thats two characters missing.

Very intriguing story so far. Not something you read every day, and a good one as well. I am curious to see what's going on with Sess looking different and all. And I compliment you on making him a virgin as well. There are too many authors and stories out there that believe Sesshomaru can only be in character if he is having and had sex with every female that he comes across. When I find an author and story that goes against 'stereotype' and gives actual substance to his character, it only makes it much personable and believable. So, I applaud you for going against the grain and actually making a 'story.' Keep up the good work and can't wait for the next chapter.

I have not read something so original in quite some time. I totally adore the third chapter, and it doesn't matter if Sess is a bit ooc, it suits the story. Oh and that other language he speaks, is a norse one, right?

Very nice. He seems... calmer. A lot can happen in a few years I suppose. A nice, civil conversation. And somehow knowing that he is inexperienced also takes some of the sting out of it. He too made a sacrifice. I like how you present him. Some may think it OOC, but he is not in public and, like I said, a lot can happen to change a person in a short amount of time. Especially in rough times like those. His honor I also deeply respect.

Although you can only update once a week, I am very greatful that you did. I loved the new chapter. It's definitely a new side to Sesshoumaru. Please let me know when you next update your story.
