WWWAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!! That was so sad! Granted, when writing a character death and funeral, that's actually a good thing when you make your readers sad. Irony, you bitch. Still, I thought you did a good job protraying Shippo's emotions and lack of understanding, and how he wanted his sister back. It was so heartbreaking, but so very real. I'm going to be very interested to see what happens now, especially since Sesshomaru is so determined to get Kagome and his family back. I wonder if Kagome is going to try to convince him that it's just the effects of the deaths that's making him want this, and not really him. Will be believe it? Or will interesting events occur? Anyway, looking forward to more! Great job!

I think that this is a wonderful dedication. However I do still hope that you will find a way for little Rin to be revived. They really need to come back together as a whole and complete family again. You have a wondeful way with words and a true insight on what happens when the families are still there as a family even after a couple divroces. We sometimes forget that the two families that make up a a new, compete family is still there even after a man and woman divorce. They really do share more than just the kids. You have also brought an interesting prospective on the reactions of teh spouses when one starts to date again and how the other spouse reacts. Good for you to touch on two very important areas seldom addressed. It is a good thing that your talent with words allows you to express in such a clear and understandable way for everyone. When I first read about Rin dying I was gonna scream at you, then when I read that the chapter was a dedication I kinda mellowed out a bit....I'm really sorry about your niece.

The chapter was so horribly sad, but I'm sure it'll help Kagome and Sesshoumaru to get together again.
