Your story is quite interesting. When you mentioned 'heaviest organ', did you mean the heart, or the liver? Because the liver is by far the heaviest organ. Sorry that I'm so blunt, but I can't imagine Kagome's liver breaking because she was betrayed by Inuyasha.
Nevertheless, your story is very original. There is a well balanced amount of Kagome/Sesshoumaru. Less might cause loss of fire and interest; more and it would become slightly clichéd. Very well written.

i love how ur not rushing the sess/kag pairing....i don't like stories that have them mate in the first cahpter -_- update soon i loved it ^_^

That was a great chpter. I'm glad you clairified Sesshoumaru's previous relationship. Now I understand why he's so cold to everyone and why he's so enamored with Kagome and wishes to help her. It was also a very well written chapter too and I thoroughly enjoyed the poems in it.
