I'm ecstatic to see the story progressing so far and also sorry to have no reviewed sooner. The secrecy and sorrow between their pasts are enchanting, and though their relationship right now seems forced and mainly physical, they're beginning to communicate with each other. Sesshoumaru's character is beautifully portrayed and I so appreciate that.
All and all, this is a wonderful story and I hope you all the success.

I'm ashamed of myself! Not reviewing for not only one but two chapters, and what wonderful chapters they are. I'm warning you now to make it up this is going to be a long one for both chapters, sort of like my apology. Is Inuyasha really just going to go to New York? To let his brother get the best of him?To live a monotonous life with a woman he truly doesn't love, and left to wonder about his brother and Kagome and what could of been had he not acted as a coward? That doesn't sound like the brash hanyou you made him out to be. Then theres Kagome almost compleatly ignorant in many things, including Inuyashas unrequited affections, maybe she chooses to remain unaware? You pay copius amounts of attention to detail in this story and it shows, even in the first paragraph of the 9th chapter, describing her outfit. By the way did you style it after something you've seen or own, or was it a product of you're imagination? I never thought Kagome would have been a child with an affinity to frogs. It reminded me of when I was a child at my friends cottage we would catch them in the pond and make 'froggie habitats' in her backyard lol. It must be bad for Kagome, it seems to me that Sesshoumaru expects her to love him just because of her past life, I wonder if she feels it too, him expecting something from her, something that isn't given so freely on either of their parts, doesn't it confuse her how such a cold and seemingly heartless man could confess his love so quickly, shouldn't the alarm bells be ringing? Well anyways, update and I promise I'll review quickly, scouts honour.

Damn it all! First chapie and I must say that out of all the reason I have heard for Sessho-maru-tono to be cold that is the BEST one. I cried, ok, I funking cried.

I know you get this alot but will you be continuing with Kizu. I remember that story and it was absolutly undoubtably the best story i've ever read on this site. I felt so many emotions saw so many pictures in my head from this story exspecially the cicada and grasshopper scene, or when she was forced to cut off all the heads of the soldiers. The slow love tangle brewing between her sess, and Fujita. I was sorely disappointed when it wasn't updated. I wish i could write like you your amazing ther aren't many people on here with undeniable talent.

I can't believe how great of a writer you are. I felt the tension back in chapter 7 were inu and sess where fighting. I felt like i was almost there. The feelings of sess longing to be with her and his feelings of loss. Its so apperant with his "Shut up" line. I could feel him losing his sense of self with longing to be with his dead love. I can feel Kagome's in the moment of things. Where she's feeling that she doesn't love him but wants to so badly. Its a sad how they will eventually fall apart for trying not to feeling the emptiness of being lonly. How come you haven't put Kikyo in the picture yet or Sango. I'm not really sure if Inu is really in love he never talks about her. You've introduced Miroku but not Sango are you not going for any minor character roles. I didn't read any of your reponses to questions so forgive me if i'm repeating them. But I loved your story Oden shop and I'm liking this story. The intensity in both can relate with me not wanting to be lonely. But i'm wondering how your gonna pull it off with them getting together. His admission to his true feelings for her. Just let me know when you update. Don't wait to long. Schools starting back soon.

This new chapter is wonderful. The way they go about starting their relationship is almost comical, to me at least. They sit down and discuss every aspect of it, such a Sesshomaru thing to do always assessing everything. If Inuyasha has feelings for Kagome then when he finds out about her and Sesshomaru's relationship will he not get jelous and try to sabatoge it? Will he accept it or will he trade Kikyo in breaking two girls hearts in the process. As I'm sure if Kagome finds out she is just a replacement never as good as the first her fragile heart will break even more. This story is touching the way you delve into the relationships of the characters. Well I think thats enough ;) Just one more thing, I look forward to the next chapter.

I adore this story. I teared up during the first chapter when Sesshoumaru lost Kameko, the dialogue was beautiful. All the drama in the story does a reader good. Update soon?

Good chapter. I just stumbled upon this site a few weeks ago, and your story really caught my attention.

I like your style because it's vague, in the sense that it makes the reader wonder and guess more often than not. Of course, sometimes it gets confusing; nevertheless, after a while, things get clarified to some extent.

Keep writing, and ignore flames and bad comments. Honestly, your story is one of the very few in the Inuyasha fandom that is good, quite well written, and interesting enough to, well, be read (I don't want to sound condescending, but really, sometimes, some stories make me want to weep).
