This is a wonderful story. I stayed up all night reading it because I was hooked from the first chapter and had to find out how it ended.

I think what I like most about this story is that even though I don't know FF8 I never felt lost, but instead interested in finding out more about that universe.

My second favorite thing about this story is that all of the characters were put to good use, not just Kagome and Sesshoumaru. Not that I didn't enjoy them because I did, but it is nice to read a Kag/Sess story that uses the other IY characters to good effect, which this story does.

I loved it. I stayed up intil 3 in the morning two nights just to finish the thing and my computer was being dumb so it took alot of patients. Hey, did you ever think of changing the names and getting something published? Cause I was buy it if you did.

When my roommate recommended this as the best fanfic she ever read, I was a little skeptical. I don't usually like cross-overs. However, not only is this the best cross-over ever it is the best fanfic I have read to date. The characterization, story line, writing style, and well just everything was awesome. You're ruining the whole fanfic experience by setting the standards way to high. But I forgive you and love your story!

I enjoyed this story very much; a different tale of Sesshomaru and Kagome. You did an excellent job crossing the final fantasy world to Inuyasha. I was able to see and experience the different nations and Gardens; I felt like that world really did exist. And of course, great job with the characters. They all felt so believable and how they moved from the beginning of the story to the end. Very nice job!

THIS WAS FRIGGIN AWSOME AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE MIX! It was so creative and well thought out. It was flowed and it also had great characters and all that good stuff. I love how much thought must have been put into this. Plus it's not every day you can find someone who can mix games or other shows together smoothly, creativly and with all the normal emotions in both show and game and the norm characters from bothe shoe/games and get them to mesh well.

it is sad to have read the last chapter of this story but hopefully it is not the last of your many greatest stories. i had read your earlier works and began reading on .to.bear.witness. which i found to be rather brilliant. because of this work, i indulge myself in more of your writings and yet again, i found another masterpiece in this fascinating story called .a.cross.of.blades.

i would like to also add i'm a rather huge fan of the final fantasy games especially part VIII, where squall is my most absolute 'hero.'

your unique writing and absolute wonderful stories catches my attention to the utmost, you had taken a break from this story but i had still stick to it and waited patiently for your updates, and the wait was sure worth it.

i had nearly shed tears towards the ending, not only for that it was near the ending but the dramatic events that were happening near the end.

it was quite touching.

sesshoumaru was a mystery to me. he didn't say much. he didn't express much and definitely he was really good at hiding or rather not showing us how his feeling are really towards kagome but in the end, those words he had spoken answered everything. i loved every second of it.

i have to say that was my most favorite part of the story. i love you .striking.falcon. you have done a great job on sesshoumaru.'s character. not only him but the others as well.

Cool! Striking Falcon is in the house! There for a whiole I didn't think that you were going to update any of your stories. . .so I'm very glad to know that we will soon be finding out the conclusion to COB and SC and the other fics still unfinished! One question, though about the night that Sess and Kag spent talking to each other in her room (btw, I love the teasing quality Sess has towards Kag -- very cute), wouldn't they have already covered most of the personal topics while they were in the bunker with ART? I mean being together for 4 months would have to include some down-time where they could get to know each other better. Anyway, I was just wondering. Oh, one other question. . .when Kag first used her powers and wiped out the Deling forces outside one of the Gardens they were evacuating, didn't Deling retreat because he was scared of her? If so, why did he not run from her in Esthar (spelling?) Was he purposefully drawing her out. . .meaning that he has some sort of plan prepared for her?
