Poor Kagome. She's been very brave and sweet but a baby needs their parents, especially after so long. Hopefully this doesn't mean that she'll be going home too soon, but I wonder how this will impact Sesshomaru and, more importantly, his parents, moving forward.

Awww..Poor Kagome. She is just a tiny little thing and it's hard for her to be away from her family. Only a mother would understand.

Too adorable~ Sessh is so haughty and jealous. he wants to keep Kagome close but does not completely understand how to do that while honoring his lessons. Sounds like Kagome needs to teach him a lesson on what exactly a best friend is.

So happy to see this chapter - welcome back! I just love their growing camaraderi and the little names above the bed feel so delightfully wholesome while also giving us pause to wonder how the intimacy of childhood will translate into adolescence and adulthood. It's fun to see Kagome beginning to bloom in this new world; she's so dynamic and I love that this time around she's offering that dynamic part of herself to Sesshoumaru from the beginning. Oh SQUEEE! I'm so glad you have updated. This was just too darn cute! A jealous Sesshomaru is sweet. I'm glad she noticed that he was feeling left out. Ah...sigh...RL sucks sometimes!
