I love the between story before rin talked and was her plaful self. Can wait to see their reaction when she talks.

I loved this chapter! I think that was the best ending line ever! :) If he did cuddle then he would be in really big trouble...

I like how this portrayed Rin, a lot. I feel that you did very well, because while she did think in a linear fashion, it jumped enough to remind me of the way a child speaks, and she noticed things that a child would notice before other things (his smile and voice over say, the quality of his garments). Anywho, I hope she tells them her name, and I can't wait to see more of your story.

Anyway, lovely chapter! I think that you portrayed Rin perfectly, despite the trouble you felt that you'd have. The descriptions of the way Sesshomaru and Minoru talked were so adorable and I laughed aloud when Rin said that Sesshomaru "just talked", 'cause that was the perfect way to describe his speech.

And like I said before, you're doing an awesomely marvelous job! Keep it up!

Dear, I've fallen more and more in love with this story as it's gotten further into the plot, and I have to admit that I'm totally anxious to see how Kagome will tie back in to Rin, Minoru and Sesshomaru's story. 

However--and I feel that this was just a minor mistake--you've posted the same chapter twice. >.<

Don't worry, it's happened to me on several occassions. 

Anyway, you're doing a marvelous job on this series, and I can't wait to see how it all unfolds!

Maybe it's because it's four am here and I haven't slept in forever, but I'm sniffling. AGAIN. I know you said you've had a hard time writing parts of this, and I understand that. But you're writing so well, and you're doing the heartstring pulling thingy mahnutsit and it's making me smile and sniffle. 

Which is kinda awesome, actually.

Wow! I read all that! Loved it -got worried there for minute when it looked like it was going to be about nothing but Sess and your bird. Now you added Rin and we can get to see what happened on Sess side when she came into the picture. Interesting.

Well, you certainly did well enough with THIS prompt!!  Good luck on the rest, though... they are, indeed, brain teasers (at the very LEAST?).  It's coming along beautifully, however!

It was a good chapter.  Just enough to give us Rin's background and make the eagle realize that the whole story isn't about Sesshoumaru.  Very cool.  Can't wait for more.

Oh wow. That was unexpected. I'm curious why Rin is afraid of the dango, or if it's just a reaction to Minoru. I can't wait for another update, the past four have been amazing -as always, I bow to your talent- and I can't wait to see what happens next! (I'm serious, I really can't wait, update soon please?)

You have a way at tuggin at my heart strings with your words! They way you describe the emotion reflected in their eyes incites so much emotion in me when I'm reading your stories

My eyes watered a little on that last line. Most fanfics don't really even touch on what Rin suffered through before her death: yours is a pleasant surprise, with the drama and slight angst it represents. Loved it! Keep up the fantastic writing!
