I really like your story so far. In the beginning it sounded a bit weird that she would be forced to be the lady of the west just like that, but I got over that. Now I adore the idea of Kagome showing off her strength to the youkai community and I like the (easy) partnership she and Sesshoumaru are developing.

Well,I'm quite a sucker for fantasy court stories (great fan of Sagara's Cast in Courtlight *haha*)

Wonderful! I loved the scene where she was healing the soldier, I totally know how that is. The whole thing about removing foreign objects from people that really shouldn't be there.

Very nice. I like the beginnings of respect, both between her and Sessh, and also with his soldiers. How awesome would it be for her to get the army behind her? ;P Looking forward to what happens next! Especially with the two rivals that don't seem to realize that if they kill her to get what they want they'll destroy what they want to boot.

So Kikyo gets to live a little longer....a least Kagome is getting some respect....its too bad Kagome can't trust Sesshomaru....yet....love to see the reactions....

This story is amazing!  I really love that you're taking your time and really developing it.  You're following through on all your plotlines, having the characters grow, and developing their relationships, creating intrigue and resolving things while still keep things fresh and exciting.  That's not easy to do, and you're doing it all seamlessly!  Everything that's occured only adds to your story.  There's nothing useless, no holes, and you take time to cover each characters background and internal workings. 

On a side note, I really appreciate how descriptive you are with detailing the surroundings: the decor, the wardrobes and the character's physical attributes.  Being able to visualize where they are, what they look like, what seaon it is, etc etc really adds depth and realism to the characters and their environment. 

This story is definitely intriguing, emotional and has heavy hitting themes.  Duty over personal want, grief, mouring, friendship, respect, conspiracy....you're really doing an excellent job. There are some typos here an there, but it's nothing that detracts from the bigger picture.  I hope you keep doing what you're doing, because this is the best story i've read in quite awhile.  I was very sad when I realized I was on the last chapter, lol.  I hope you update soon.  Keep up the good work!     

I've met very few people that were sadistic where Kagome is concerned but you must be slightly towards her. Just don't let her get her ass kicked that's all i beg of you, Shippo will trap a bitch for messing with his mother, hehe.

Your evil that's all i have to say, i was still crying when i started this chapter and my mama even asked me what was wrong with me. Oh, i feel better now though, I can not see Shippo die, everyone else in Inuyasaha can go up in flames but i'll only cry when he dies. So please, no more killing Shippo, i don't care if he comes back, he dies i cry.

NOOO! You got me to actually freaking cry! I'm going to keep reading but I just started bawling and i hate crying! Poor Shippo, crying way more now.

Love the interaction between Sess and Shippo.  Can't wait to see where you take this.

Thanks for the update.  I like that Kagome and Sesshoumaru are talking on an almost equal level. You never fail to write a chapter that surpasses the last. I want MORE!!!!

Takeshi is such an interesting character, will sparks start to fly? Will Kagome defend him? Can't wait to see what happens next!!!

Well, I hope Kagome kicks some serious butt when she has to fight for her guard ;) I even hope she some how makes Sesshoumaru a little jealous. Sesshoumaru seems so, I don't know, maybe, too duty concern. I mean, he tells Kagome that this other demoness is good for strong pups, but, doesn't seem to want her for anything more. Well, at least, if Kagome can get Sesshoumaru to see her as a love interest, then, she won't have to worry about him straying away. I just like it when Sesshoumaru gets jealous. Great story. I hope you update soon.

I really enjoy Kagome kicking ass...hmmm..but what I love the most in your story is the fact that you take your time to build the relationship between Kagome and Sesshoumaru...Awesome! And in general..I have nothing against Kikyo...but right now....she has to give Kagome's soul back one way or another *wink*

By the way...did I tell you that I wouldn't mind at all if you post a new chapter?
