When Kagome found out she was going for that hike, I was thinking how much I would love to have gone!  It sounded so perfect!  But then, something bad happened, as sometimes does, even on a short hike on an established trail.  A very realistic situation, and a beautiful opportunity for Sesshomaru to prove he's more than just a grumpy disagreeable taskmaster for Kagome.  I thought the way it worked out was very touching!

I really love this chapter, difficult to not cry! so emotion-filled. they are so cute.

This is one of the better written stories I've read in awhile. I love the pace your setting with your story. I only hope that Sesshomaru opens up to Kagome more, or else things could get ugly. Please, Please update soon or I may burst into flames :)

Isn't that always the way? Always too little, too late...I've been living with that heartache for 22 damn years. Ok now Sess is acting like a complete baka. Couldn't he have at least waited to hear what she had to say before running off like a child throwing a tantrum. I don't even want to think of what he's going to be like for the rest of Hojo's stay.

Hmmmm...Sess had better start talking again.......Very emotionally charged chapter. Very well written about the paths that have closed and are in the past. Things did not work out with Hojo back then, and most likely not ever, as she realizes when nothing profound stirs within her. But she does not want to lose a possible future. Cliffies are not meant to be so close to each other. They are solitary creatures, they need their space. It is unnatural to keep them confined so close to each other; its cruel to them and everyone around them. They fight, argue all the time, and trash the place. Not good for anyone. They need to be resolved quickly or spread apart to limit damage done. K?

Awwww, that was so sad. My heart goes out to the two of them. Hojo has to go, he's causing too much trouble...I never liked him much before and I can say the same thing now...he's in the way... X(    Still this was an awesome addition to you story :)
