Another excellent and totally engaging chapter--well done! They both both have gone through so much in such a short time-- you converyed that perfectly through Kagome's thoughts. I'm so happy Sess has chosen to live and go forward. Can't wait for his reactions to the new world (I feel like the song from Aladdin 'I Can Show You the World' should be the background music). Just one question: how do you type and cross-match a dog demon when human blood is usually the only one available in the blood bank? 

oooh Sesshy's going in for surgery O.O... I hope everything goes alright, and seriously whoever thought that a Demon could have a heart murmur?! But I suppose it makes sense considering he started to digest his own body to stay alive all those years. I really hope the surgury goes alright and all that good stuff. Keep up the great work!!

This has to be one of my favorite stories at the moment. I keep refreshing my Dokuga for when the next chapter is up.

I hope to learn more the internal workings of Sesshoumaru's mind. What is he thinking and feeling...

Chapter 7 was so well written that I couldn't stop thinking of the pain and anguish both Kagome and Sesshoumaru are going through for the next few hours. It's interesting how we can seem to be over things, and then one day, something triggers all those emotions yet again. 

As for chapter 8...gah! This must be that roller coaster ride you were mentioning. The lemon was just WOW! To me, it seemed that you did a really great job showing the emotional need driving the physical need to connect. And then, just as I was relishing them being together, wham. You throw in that plunging drop.

By the way, I LOVE the line where Sesshoumaru tells Kagome that she is the only he would trust with his heart. Perhaps you meant to write it only literally, but this reader is choosing to see it for its double meaning and the second meaning is so sweet.

Can't wait to see what this week's chapters bring. Especially with the intro of that Kanrau/Narakuish sounding character.

Oh God! That was amazing sex! However the fact that it ended in a sad note made everything seem surreal.

I can still feel myself shivering while reading it! It was so wonderful to finally have them together, then to find out that this could have affected Sesshomaru in such a way!

Now we know for sure how deeply wounded is Sesshomaru's soul, and all I can say is that he needs to heal this as much as he needs to heal his soul!

That was simply amazing!. I mean the senual grace in which Sessy made Kagome realize she was beautiful and the same for Kagome making Sessy realize he is beautiful too. The lemon was awesome too by the way hehe. I really feel bad that Sesshomaru doesnt think he is able to satisfy her but that is so not true, i actually hope that the problem with his heart fixes itself but if not im sure kagome will be able to find a way to fix it.

Oh my. That was wonderful yet depressing at the same time. Kagome must feel so defeated. I hope she doesn't let it get to her too much and convince Sesshoumaru to embrace his life now and get better.

Wonderful character development. Surely the handsome doctor is a demon in disguise and is onto Sess and will help him. Just read up on starvation and mitral valve problems from the inspirations of this chapter: studies confirm they are completly reversible with proper nutrition so hopefully this is also the case with our favorite dog demon. And, by the way, great lemon! Poor Kagome, her post-glow ruined by his passing out. But that type of activity is great therapy, both physically and emotionally. Will some pups be on the way? Can't wait to see!

Wow. This is simply a breath taking story. I love how you wrote Sesshomaru as a demon, but isn't the immortal and immune creature that people frame him to be.

It really shows how Kagome and Sesshomaru can truly be "realistic". Great story! Please keep up the work! :)

I woke up like 5am just to read this. it was morning in my time...XD and this chapter proved that waking up this early is worth it. This chapter was amazing and sweet. I really love how you write about them. Its amazing. Poor Sesshoumaru though...It makes me sad to see him like this. Another amazing chapter.

Oh wow. I think the male doc will turn out to be a Naraku reincarnation! Sesshomaru is so heartbreaking in this chapter, more so at the end. <33 Loved this chappy!

Dang girl, that was hot... but poor Sesshy >.< I really hope his heart can get better and if not I hope he can get a new valve... it would just be too sad to have him die after everything that he's already gone through. I also hope that he'll be able to let Kagome in one day, since it's obvious he is still trying to keep her out, even after the moment they shared. As always it was awesome and I can't wait til tomorrow for the next chapter!
