Wow. I am... there are no words for how utterly amazing this story was. Being a one shot, you managed to capture so much in so little time. Just... wow.
I pottered on over to read your work, and I've been bowled over. Seriously. 'Wowed' would probably be a more apt description, actually. This is beautiful; the imagery is perfect, crisp enough to be believable and real and yet deep enough to make the reader stop and think, both about the meaning of the words and the emotion sitting just beyond the reality, almost out of reach but not quite, not far enough to be escapable - if that makes sense. xD
And this is Sesshoumaru, tied down and transformed into words. He stays in character, but we see past the facade. His unrequited, unanswerable love for Kagome fits perfectly with him, is something you could easily slide into the gaps left by the anime or the manga with little to no protest. I love it! :D
*bows down*
Oh my... that was simply... simply!
Beautiful. I have no other words but beautiful. You have left me speechless in your immaculate descriptions and words of poetry. An artist! An artist! How wonderful!
I heard that Samurai were supposed to be able to recite haiku along with their excellent swordsmanship.
I really enjoyed this story. It was so beautiful, so sad, and yet I found it happy. Wonderful wonderful! You truly are an amazing person. I wonder what else you might have up your sleeve, not limited to fanfiction <3?
