I have read your entire story and I think it is personally in the top ten of best Kagome/Sesshomaru fics.  I cried (so much), laughed, empathised, sympathised, and fallen in love with the story.  Sesshomaru's indifference to Kagome's defilementin the beginning was almost as painful for me as his beast ravaged her.  (Making her Rin's descendent was a brilliant move on your part and a great catalyst for the story.)  Sesshomaru grows into a such a wonderful, protective, and compassionate man (eventually, lol) that his father would beproud to call son.  But, at the sametime he remains the aloof and deadly killing perfection we so adore.  For those reading this, don't let the rape put you off.  This is a story of love, forgiveness, vast cultural differences, and how much one can change with the passage of time.

Great chapter. So glad you updated. I understand the respect given to parents and rightfully so, but, Kagome should have left with Sesshoumaru. Kagome's mother is ...I am just not sure, yet, what problems she may bring, if Kagome let's her. I so look forward to each of your updates.

yay not dead i was looking for something to read and remembered this story but noticed you hadnt updated. im gussing this story is almost finished too. Gonna be sad when you finished it.

Anyway great writing as always. best pasrt of htis chappie when Kagomes mother slap Sesshomaru not once but twice.

really cant wait to see which way your going to go from here though just something i will have to wait for.

Very good story. I like it and despite what an ass sesshy's beast was in the beginning, i couldn't help but be intrigued by his simple reasoning and instincts. Despite the bad things that happened it is a wonderful story and i can't wait for the rest. Can't help but feel bad for Inu though... and find myself anticipating Kag's and Sesshy's pups

And you did a good job with Kag's rape reaction. The whole 'falls in love because it's that good' thing you mentioned at the beginning is so fake and unvelievable that i can't grasp how some poeple can write that. My mom was raped last year- and it totally wrecked her. Even now that she is safe at home with my father, she is getting better, but doesn't want any kind of sexual contact. Rape scars poeple. At least you make it believable.

Well, poor Seeshoumaru might just have to straighten Kagome's mother out a tad, because, I don't think she'll take to kindly to him even though he is the father and they have decided to try. I just hope Kagome inderstands that her mother may have motives for her actions. Just wondering and excited how you go with the Mom. Another fantastic chapter!
