I love this first chapter and i don't think its cliché at all!!!

Its absolutely full of promise with the whole matchmaker and chain thing, plus with Sesshomaru's mother in the picture as well, i can see the chaos and havoc this is going to cause now and i can't wait for the next chapter!! Please update soon!!!

OMGSH......Sessy's Mama isn't going to be happy....I think that is.... hopefully Sesshomaru doesn't try to kill Kagome for this /O.O\ that would be bad......this looks like it will be a good story regardless, keep up the good work.

This looks like it's going to be very interesting. I especially loved the way you wrote Sesshoumaru's mother, we can see she's arrogant and used to getting her way, but you managed to make her seem real and interesting =)
