Sesshomaru is really fucking this up. And the talk his uncle will have won't make things any better, I'm sure. But Kagome needs to remember that Sesshomaru does things because he wants to. Also, that he'd been visiting her every day for a very long time - much longer than his cousins' engagement. 

He hasn't been there since he was a baby?! That's kind of ridiculous. 

Motormouth Nishiki is going to ruin everything. Causing setbacks and they haven't even been there fifteen minutes. And what's this allusion to his uncle? 

Is he preparing himself for a confrontation and invasive questions and emotional upheaval? Why become so guarded to see your family? 

I wonder if that last line was speaking of Kagome being ready to move forward and on with someone rather than ignoring her wants and thoughts. ???? Well, maybe his family can shed some light on this and ask some invasive questions when we meet them. That'll definitely push them closer. Or embarrass them so much that they flee and go back to nesting 

Squee~ Cuddles! I love it. Now they really have to stay for like a week, if only to sleep more. 

So much for not mention it. But if Sesshomaru will be romantic and sweet every time he wants to avoid a topic, maybe Kagome should snoop some more. It could be advantageous 

How sweet! A romantic and relaxing getaway. With any luck, they'll get to spend a few days there with Ah Uh and talk more about casual topics. Maybe get a little closer before we meet the family.

He's always coming up with very transparent reasons to place his mark. Sesshomaru needs to take another step forward because Kagome is clearly not taking initiative.
