That was just fun and a sweet ending. 

Don't you wish you could handle rude like that! I was in a customer service job in the AF. My customers were pilots, we supplied weather briefings. For the most part, they were super but there is always that every once in awhile jerk that just ruins your day. Sadly they outranked us, so you had to be nice. Weather with a smile, whether you like it or not was my motto. Sigh...I didn't have Kagomes perks.
