These last few chapters have been so sad. I'm sure we will learn her story soon. I hope Kagome will be able to help draw her out again.
Forget Me Not - what an apt title. At first I wasn't sure what the story is about, but now I can see it shaping up. Does not mean I must be correct, as there can be surprises later on.
I am guessing Sesshomaru's mother is suffering from a yokai-equivalent condition as dementia or Alzheimer, which is heartbreaking no matter what the situation is. The thought of her forgetting her son is sad, even if the last line or two showed some hope for a little recognition. I hope Kagome can help cure if not bring peace and comfort to both mother and son.
Thank you for your hard work, as always!

Oh goodness what on earth happened to her. It couldn't be with his dad because that was way more then a decade ago
I've been enjoying all of your stories and this is no exception! Here for the ride! Thanks for writing :)
Oh, these are just heartbreaking. I thought it might be his mother. She is in bad shape. I wonder what has caused her to become like this?
REDWOLF (Chapter 38) - Sun 01 May 2022

Acb6293 (Chapter 37) - Sat 30 Apr 2022
It's his mom? What happened to her ?!
witty (Chapter 37) - Fri 29 Apr 2022
*Forget me not*,"sickness of the mind". I wonder if she has youkai dementia... Either way, I feel sorry for both her and sesshomaru. It's not easy watching someone you love waste away.
Lauren (Chapter 37) - Fri 29 Apr 2022
Wait. Kimi?! I thought this was someone old and senile and unable to cope. How terrible...
