It will take time for Kagome and Sesshomaru to get to know one another after the mating is done seeing how Kagome found out about how purebreds being rare and all.  Sesshomaru will grow on her no doubt about that.

These snipits shed some light on what the girls talked about while cleaning so why does Kagome even bother helping when she clearly hates the idea of mating?

Aww I caught up just as the matchmaker approved of their compatibility. And they match really well too, reason why there is still so much fanfiction of these two going to this day.

Their interactions are hilarious, the way Kagome needles Sesshomaru and rubs the stolen shampoo in his face. Or the way he insults her in a superior, snobby way that just fans her flames. Priceless.

I hope they have so many kids.

I absolutely love their dynamic interactions, just a few choice phrases and you got a drama worthy scene. xD

And the idea that yokai are going extinct for being too mixed is intriguing.

This is super cute too! I recommend a fic by Tilltheendwilliwrite called A Land of Shadows and Blood (on AO3) with a Kagome that turns youkai (specifically kitsune/inu), it's a WIP but it's super good as well!

When I imagine Sesshomarus shocked face its like those ones in Mangas when the super serious people smile any everyone around them thinks they broke.

Awww will they all be demons? I've read stories where Kagome is some part demon whether full or otherwise but Sango is always depicted as a demon slayer. It's neat to read her as another species. Makes me remember why I love fan fiction! You can imagine these characters we love in whatever way we want. For some reason I'm having a hard time believing that Sesshomaru would buy lavender shampoo lol! But who knows he is pretty androgynous. I like when people highlight his soigné appearance.
